To be fair we only ate breakfast and a couple of evening buffets in here but compared to all the other places we stayed while in India this was the poorest in quality. Breakfast was a buffet but with very limited choices and the same can be said of the evning buffet. the curries were limited and didn't really look... More

Being one of the very few places in Delhi which stay open and serve restaurant quality food all through the late hours, the yellow brick road has been for long a late night retreat either for a delightful cup of coffee or their mouth filling deserts. Their biryanis from the night menu, be it the chicken or the chhote miyan... More

Sad eating experience at the Yellow Brick Road at the Ambassador Hotel (now Vivanta by Taj) in the heart of New Delhi. We went for breakfast, and I had bacon and eggs very much on my wish list. I was delighted to see "akuri" on the menu -- a Parsi preparation, spiced scrambled eggs, which I enjoy and which I... More

Havev been goin there for years but the place has maintained its charm and service levels. Its a very cosy place and is very lit with sun light. A sheer delight in winters. Colours are bright and food is warm to keep you energetic Go there to relax and enjoy the continental delights.

There are some restaurants which have the ability to be great all time of the day. YBR surely has that ability. Yes, it's in a Taj. Yes, it's therefore pricey. But it does more than check tick boxes. It has the option of an outdoor seating (and if you are lucky, you get the company of a brooding brown cat... More

This restaurant boasts plenty of character with a generally "70s theme" (although it gets confused with the telephone from colonial railways). Food is good, reasonably priced. Overall a good experience

An informal bright setting for a restaurant in Taj Ambassador. The food was very good and the three of us raelly enjoyed our respective meals. An excellent place for a quiet meeting over a meal for upto 6 people.

Very friendly staff--I had breakfast there for a week and while it was generally full, never had to wait for a table, food choices were fine even if not lavish by the outsized buffet standards of most big Delhi hotels. Lots of newspapers, great south Indian filter coffee, lots of terrific south Indian breakfast foods (the made to order eggs... More
