Great location - right in the action on main bazzar - great staff happy to help with anything... More

Not to spicy, but tasty. The meal is always fresh. The boss is a nice person. Prices are good. Try it!

Basic hole in the wall cafe and restaurant in the main bazaar. Looks shabby, but the food is surprisingly tasty and fresh. Ate there 3 times and had lovely breakfasts and one thali lunch. I also really liked their generosity, they let hungry poor people sit and eat. It warmed my heart :-)

Madan is a great restaurant. The prices are the cheapest of any restaurant i have found in Delhi. The food may not be the best you will ever eat (don't get me wrong, it's still delicious) but for what you are paying, it is exceptional. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming and the atmosphere of the place is... More

"The" meeting address fortourists in Paharganji. It's very narrow here, but colorful and cheerful. You'll get good Thalis for only 70 Rp, but even everything you might wish ( pancakes and porridge for breakfast, samosa, vegetable rolls, different teas and coffees, etc)

In the uk you'd call this a 'greasy spoon', a cheap enough place where you can get egg and chips and a sugary cup of tea! They do indian dishes too but for that i'd go to a cheaper place round the corner. What madan is good at is cheap western snacks!

I ordered a Thali set here on my first night in Delhi. While it looked like something I would normally see in my toilet, it was actually delicious and didn't make me sick. I do not know what was on my tray exactly, but it was a welcome initiation to cheap Indian cuisine. The cost was only 100 rupees. Staff... More
