It is one of the oldest restaurant's in Delhi... Thou it is on the expensive side the food is pretty good.. There is no Japanese cuisine that is served there... Good plain old chinese cuisine... The soups and the starters were quite nice and so was the main course... the special chicken starter is a speciality.. On the whole a... More

It is advertised to be a japans and chinese cuisine restaurant. However, Japan's cuisine is missing from the menu (atleast the one that we believe is basic - i.e. sushi?) We ordered chinese food, and yes, it was good. However, value for money is just average when it comes to food & service put together. Will probably not recommend if... More

We visited Aka Saka while strolling through the Defense Colony on our last day in Delhi. The food and service are both great! The dumplings are a must have - make sure you ask the servers for their hot sauce - it's a great complement to the dish! Prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in the area, but the... More

We celebrate family get-together at this Indian-Chinese restaurant for over two decades, earlier it gave the best value for money, and now it is for old-time sake. Without any hesitation I may say that the joint still maintains its exquisite standard of service and food quality. The soups and the American Chopsuay are the best we ever had in India.

Went to Akasaka after almost a year and as regulars we were happily surprised. The food was tasty as usual but not greasy at all as it used to be especially noodles and fried rice . Lemon coriander soup was very refreshing. Lemon grass fish was tasty and mongolian prawns were really good. But we missed the jumbo prawns as... More

I have been eating at aka saka since my college days which is 1975 or so. I have always gone back because I love the food there. Of course the rates have gone up and a meal for two without drinks would be around INR 500 per head. If you are there by 8 pm, you also enjoy their 1+1... More

They have 2 levels, sitting on the first floor is much open then the one on the ground floor. The Chinese food for us westerners is a bit hot ( spicy), so do tell them that you like it mild. They have a great menu with lots of choices of food, we found the hot and sour soup and monchow... More

The smell inside the restaurant. The glasses have a smell which comes without proper washing. The food portions are enough for 2 people so be careful when you order. The staff are friendly.
