This small farm up above Old Bank is one of my favorite spots to relax and forget about everything while in Bocas. It is an incredibly tranquil environment with excellent foliage and views of the surrounding areas. They don't have a large menu, but what they do have is all made with love and tastes great. I highly recommend the... More

This lovely family gave ours a wonderful tour of their perma-culture cocoa farm. Highly recommended as a stop on your Isla Bastimentos trip.

Try out these great organic chocolate options! It's quite a hike up there, but totally worth it. If you sweat, the cold chocolate drink with coconut water will delight your taste.

The trek to this place was fine, a little muddy, and the trail wasn't extremely clear at the time, but we made it. The Panamanian woman who worked there was nice enough, but I really did feel that the prices were high, and I traveled for five weeks in Panama. We had a coffee ($3), a brownie ($3), a lemonade... I went to Up in the Hill with a group of people, We hiked from Red frog beach to Wizards beach. The hike was a little tough because of the amount of mud and the over growth on the pathway. For most people it will be very easy to do. Just make sure you have enough time to hike before... More

This was a nice find on a day the weather was hit or miss. The chocolate cake is to die for and the cafe was good. Great organic farm and nice hospitable owners and family. It's a little trek up if you come from Wizard beach on a wet day be prepared to slip and slide a little but nothing... More
