Delicious food at great prices!

The food here is delicious. It is our favorite restaurant in Bocas. For $4 you get a huge meal of beans, rice, salad and either chicken or pork or beef...yum.

I had the puerco salsa $5.00 (Carnivale day). Big plate with tender cooked pork in delicious rich red sauce, coconut rice with rich lentil sauce, slaw, and plantain frito. To die for, folks! Wife had chicken quesadilla, also very tasty and filling, $6.00. 2 beers to drown it all. Best $12.00 date-night dinner I've had in, well, as long as... More

After our first visit, I think we ate here again 4-5 times during our 2 week stay. Food is amazing, plentiful & cheap!!!!! Was well worth a stop even just to have a beer coming back from the beach. Staff was amazing

This is the best local food ever I had in Bocas! The prices are so cheap for the quality and taste of the local food! Pescado is a must there! Trust me!

Nice relaxing place, far from downtown bocas so its a little more peaceful, but it can get busy. service is good, food is good and a real friendly atmosphere. We came by boat to get something to eat after relaxing at starfish. (playa estrella). Will go back

Good local food, good prices. I tried their "Rondon" (fish cream) it was delicious and feeling. Next day I had fish with rice and beans for $4.00

No beaches in BT, so this is your best bet for a shoreline hike and beach time. Starfish beach now heavy on food/beer concessions and short on starfish. Still, good way to spend a day.

We walked from town (20 minutes) but well worth it. If you are looking for where the locals go this is it! Ordering off the menu will take time. We noticed all the locals ordering the "soup of the day" and obviously this came out quickly. If you are looking for fine dining or have not eaten in a local... More

I truly believe that when visiting you go where the locals go to eat. This place was very popular with the locals. We gave it a try and were not disappointing. It's a local diner where you can get a meal with a beer for $5/pp. Food was very good too. Keep in mind, there is no English spoken here,... More

My wife and I had lunch there on a rainy balmy day. Had the homemade soup and a side of rice...$2.50...which was fantastic. Washed it down with $1 beers... you just can't beat that!
