Ok place to eat. Ok food. Very friendly staff. Wait time for food, as any other place in bocas, is long.

Tried to order the wings with the 'killer' sauce, but they didn't have any wings, and they were out of most of the main dishes. Service was beyond slow (30min for sodas, over an hour for main meal)...... and we were the only 4 people in the restaurant. Nice view on the water, but we won't go back. We didn't... More

the food was good and fresh. The hot sauce was great, but HOT! Lots of starfish right off the dock to look at while you wait. I had a salad with chicken coated in hotsauce on the side, it was really good, husband had the burger which he enjoyed as well! Slightly smaller portions than the rest of the island,... More

Ok, here's the deal with this place. The setting is nice; you sit right over the water, and you can even throw tiny pieces of bread in to feed the fish. That was fun. It is pretty warm out there, though, even with the fans going. That, however, is where the good basically stops. The service here is atrocious. The... More

Go here. Sit on the dock and relax! The food takes a while but that's because everything is made on the spot. The wait is worth it b/c the food tastes GREAT. We've been there twice already (we've only been here 3 days!). Lili's hot sauce is HOT but more spicy hot not "hot"hot if you know what I mean... More

An amazing little restaurant, dining out on a pier, fantastic fresh Caribbean food. The Killin' Me Man hot sauce is delicious, had to buy one to take with us.

Had lunch here during our visit to Bocas Town. The jerk chicken sandwich was delicious, and the Killin' Me Man sauce was insane! I am a hot sauce junky, and this hot sauce did not disappoint! Throw in a few beers and a table on the pier, and you have the perfect spot for a spicy caribbean lunch! Oh FYI... More

Lili's is known for their Killin Me Man Sauce ... excellent, and it's their own blend made with Ají Chombo, (also known as Scotch Bonnet or Habanero Peppers) mustard and spices. I had Huevos Rancheros that were tasty due to the hot sauce, but they weren't served on tortillas (sort of funny). Coffee was OK, seating on the dock was... More

Unfortunately, did not find much to like about Lilli's cafe. The service was very poor and VERY slow for lunch. My lunch - fish with the "killing me man" spice was disappointing and not worth the effort. Would not return.
