Food is not in good condition, Hotel is unclean and service is very poor. I visit that hotel with my family to eat something testy and clean but it is not. I am very sorry about them.

The restaurant looks pretty dirty, papers on the floor. The staff are not very helpful but the food was good and it was cheap.

I don't think their Biryani deserves a good review. It's too dry and only comes with a Deep fried piece of chicken, which has basically killed the texture and taste. The gravy is too thick, I suspect it is thicken with corn-flour like most "local restaurants" and it doesn't go well with dryness of the Biryani. And it doesn't come... More

Lonely Planet thoroughly recommended this spot for lunch. I was quite excited to try it as I was very hungry that day. Unfortunately all 3 dishes we ordered did not impress us at all. Infact they all looked the same - we ordered the vegetarian kottu an egg dish and a chicken paland - I did not like any of... More

Muslim hotel is offering a huge variety of dishes which are broadly based on both Indian as well as Sri Lankan cuisine. We've had a brilliant biryani with crispy chicken and eggs, chicken masala, potatoe curry and the best egg and cheese kotthu we've had on our whole trip. The service seems to be a bit confused by foreigners, but... More

Yeast roti, regular roti, egg paratha, cheese paratha and just some of the breads offered here. Food is much the same as many local restaurants, but cheap prices fuel a busy throughput of customers so the bread is hot and fresh. Be prepared to share a table with strangers at busy times.

Go here for an authentic experience to eat with locals who are all eating the same food as you. The roti and kottu were delicious - absolutely no frills and all served with plastic cups. It was a great cheap meal in a country that tends to radically overcharge foreigners.

We had researched this place from England and were excited to try something as this place had been highly recommended. The food was cold. Portions very small and cold Fresh rotis were being made but not offered to us. Very disappointing
