Description: Whether you send your appetite to India or Thailand, the fiery curries at this English-run hotspot will seize your taste buds upon arrival, mercilessly shake them up and then spit them back out the other side as if you've died and gone to chili heaven (hence the name). They also bottle their own hot sauces here and bring in loads of English beers you don't often see. Critical comida peruana antidote.

We both had the madras curry, one veggie option and one with meat and they were both delicious with the perfect amount of spice. Also oredered a portion of chapatis, which were also great. Our waiter explained that they were down a chef and apologised for delay with our food, although we weren't waiting very long. As stated in other... More

This place was so good, we went there two out of the three nights we were in Huaraz. Great curry and the burrito is good as well. They also make and bottle their own mango-flavored tabasco sauce, which you can purchase. If it's busy and you are really hungry though, this might not be your best bet as we had... More

I told one of the workers here that I would definitely write a review because I enjoyed their food and restaurant so much, but looking at how many people before us have already written their raving opinions, it doesn't seem like they need much help. But still, they were very appreciative of each and every review. We had the beef... More

Desperate for some decent spice and a proper curry we followed our Lonely Planet here and were glad we did. It sits in a really pleasant, shaded square and inside is colourful but not flash. Staff very friendly. Menu simple but each dish has lots of options, food priced fairly. Food very good, fresh and aromatic, tasty and good portions.... More

We went in one day (within opening times) but the guy told us to come back later as the chef was at the market doing his grocery shopping... Not that serious.. We finally came back a few days later for lunch, and the guy told us there were not burritos and fajitas... The offer was then quite limited.. On their... More

It's tough to find spicy food in many South American countries so it was great to have a bit of spice in our dinner. My chicken madras was tasty and rich. The local boutique beers were 10 soles each and the mains were 20 - 30 soles each. It was a nice place but felt it was a bit too... More

The food here is delicious! Had the tikka masala and it was truly amazing. The pisco sours were really yummy too. Unfortunately when we went the burritos and fajitas were no longer available. The service can take a little while but it's a cute, quiet restaurant and the food is definitely worth the wait!

We found this restaurant by accident, and after a month of Peruvian food we were tempted by the options of burritos and curries. Unfortunately they weren't serving the burritos and enchiladas by the time we arrived so can't comment on them but the curry was super tasty! pretty good Pisco Sours too! Would definitely recommend

This place is great after a trek in huaraz. Ate there twice with my group after returning, great atmosphere, warming food, great variety and genuinely lovely staff. :) Couldn't ask for more after returning from the mountains!

If you're looking for an English style curry house, especially after a long trek, this seems to be the place to eat. Oily food, hot enough to make sure you don't realise that it doesn't really have taste. Not really a place if you want food that resembles the food you get in India.
