You can get 1/4 chicken, chips and salad for 11.50 soles. The chicken is tender and tasty. This place fills up quickly so come early.

We ate here multiple times. Good burgers are 9 soles w fries. Half a roasted chicken with lots of fries and veggies is 21 soles. Local craft beer is cheaper than other places (8 soles). Local place worth visiting. The trip advisor map is wrong though. Map the address on google maps. Its not in the plaza de arm as.

We've been to this place twice two nights running as we were so impressed. The chicken is amazing and the portions huge, I went for the half (21 s) which was totally unnecessary and would have the quarter (11.50) in future. But great chicken and delicious sauces to go with it. My girlfriend had the pasta and thought it was... More

I had a tender sirloin steak with mushroom sauce. Great atmosphere and food to recuperate after some hard days in the mountains.

This place was packed with locals when we went to eat. We were craving pizza, but I wish we weren't, as it looked like everyone else was getting chicken or steak with fries. We ordered a side of fries just to taste all the sauces they provided (which were pretty tasty), but the pizza was just a miss. Would come... More

The place is really nice, and has a good croud of people (good sign). The chickens we had was tender and good. We also had a starter, which arrived after our main meal. And considering our main meal so large, our starter was not necessary at all. And I think that our waiter should told us that this was far... More

La Brasa Roja is one of my favorite restaurants in Huaraz because of the delicious chicken and the warm atmosphere! You can get a 1/4 chicken, salad & fries for less than S./15... such a good deal for the food! The sandwiches on the menu are also very good, as well as the soups, lasagna, and milkshakes! Everything I've ordered... More

La Brasa Roja has a lot of different foods to try, not only Peruvian, but a few international delights, depending on what you are in the mood for. They have the usual Pollo a la Brasa (Roast Chicken), Lomo Saltado (Peruvian beef stir-fry?), and various soups. International offerings include various hamburgers and cheeseburgers, pastas, and pizzas, all with a particular... More

After eating fast food for a week, it was wonderful to get real cooked food. Our group of 12 ordered about 9 separate dishes and every single one was delicious. Prices are around S/.20. Atmosphere is a little more classy, and there's free wifi.
