Not a typical buffet

We had to catch an early dinner before boarding the train back to Cusco. This place is easy to find and albeit pricey, it had a reliable selection of fresh and healthy food. Eat outside. Order pizza and beer. Smile, it's fantastic. I walked through and saw the buffet….was glad I was outside.

This is a fantastic place to eat and take a well needed rest-bite after the exertions of Machu Picchu. Nestling at the base of the mountain in the village, this all-you-can-eat buffet really does what it says on the tin. Excellent food, constantly replenished; very good quality, choice and value... Tip: wear something with an elasticated waist!

The buffet was pretty good with a nice selection of quite different things. I wish I had gone a la carte because they have a big fire pit where they roast meat. There's not much choice here and this is probably as good as any. The beer is good though

This is a nice option for a late afternoon lunch after Machu Picchu. It's very close to where the MP buses drop off. Open air, with nice views of the river. The trout ceviche was incredible. Other dishes were hit or miss. Service was a bit slow, but friendly.

Good food Do the buffet lunch as service otherwise is a little slow. Par for the course in Peru. Country is a lesson in patience Fortunately not rushed by waiters as we had time to kill before train

We had a quick lunch after our machu picchu visit. Good pasta, right prices, friendly service. Better than average in aguas calientes

After our time at Machu Picchu, we stopped in the town for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to have such delicious pizza. The waiter was very helpful and added to our experience.

This large establishment sits on the river and has a huge pit fire in the middle of the restaurant to cook many of the dishes. I was tired of Peruvian food after a week in country so I ordered a pizza. Not bad for Peru but nothing special. Cara however ordered a beef dish grilled over the open fire pit... More
