Unlike many restaurants in Aguas Calientes, this place does not charge a service tax. It seems more like a place for locals, rather than tourists, which is a good thing. Prices are very reasonable and they do have a number of dishes that cost only 10 soles. I went there twice and had the fried rice, chicken noodles and chicken... More

If u don't want to eat where the servers keep pestering you to, give this place a try. Maybe it's my first Chinese meal in a month hence I was craving for Chinese food :) The menu is quite extensive and fried rice portions are quite large. My chicken "hor fun" (rice noodles) portion however was just right. Oh, the... More

Chinese restaurants in Peru (and Ecuador) are called CHIFAs. This one is very good. You have a good idea of what you'll get, the service is good, and the prices are right. Go for it!

This place is the best value you will get in Aguas Calientes. This town is mainly composed of bad, but expensive pizza places, so this good, local Chifa restaurant really stands out. My girlfriend and I both had a combination meal (a combinado and an aeropuerto, both served with a soup) and it was 10 soles per person. It was... More

Fantastic Chinese restaurant tucked into the hills of mystical Macchu Picchu. Talk about Fusion... I ordered a duck soup with vegetables and rice noodles. Fabuloso y fresca! Just what the doctor ordered for a rainy, chilly night.

Tucked on a side street off Av Pachacuteq in Aguas Caliente (Machu Picchu Pueblo) is a small jewel of a Chinese restaurant run by an entrepreneurial young man of 17 named Ruben Porras and his young wife. This restaurant operates more like a take-out rather than an eat-in so seating and decor is limited and a bit lacking but his... More
