Very good and great atmosphere

Our hotel recommended this restaurant on our first night in AC. The trek to the restaurant was a bit tiring but well worth the effort! I had the grilled trout and it was very light and delicious. My husband had the alpaca and found it slightly over cooked but still very good! I watched the... read more

We went there after our day in Machu Picchu and the atmosphere was very nice. The only thing is I found the prices a bit overrated compared to the food : the food was ok/good but not worth this amount of money.

This was a great little restaurant. Our hotel told us about this place and we wondered up the hill late one afternoon to check it out. (not necessarily to eat) ... it was a cute little quaint place so we went in for a cocktail .... well .... several cocktails, 3 appetizers, and an entree later..... (remember we were not... More

There is no easy way to get to this place: it is hidden and you have to save some energy to get there. Once you arrive, you will find a beautiful and modern restaurant. I can easily say that it was the best food I´ve had in my trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu. As everything in Aguas Calientes, price... More

I have never reviewed on Tripadvisor before, but the experience my partner and I had at The Tree House restaurant compelled me to by leaving me very happy and my partner teary eyed. After a delightful dinner of trout ceviche, stir fried quinoa with chicken, chicha sour, hot chocolate to die for, and entertaining conversation with adjacent tables, the restaurant... More

I was a little under the weather but the fillet and risotto pepped me up. All the food we ate was incredibly rich and we were not able to finish our meals because of it. But so tasty! The music was outstanding--felt like a lounge in NYC bringing a sense of sophistication or a rather unsophisticated town. The service here... More

We booked a table for a family of 3. We arrived, we were politely greeted, sat at our table and then ignored, while others arrived and were served. We had to be quite determined to get a menu and drinks. The menu is very good, including a really well put together drinks menu including cocktails, wine and independently produced local... More

The box lunches were as good as the dine in food. Unfortunately, our lunches were not delivered to our hotel at the appointed time. The Tree House staff quickly recovered and brought our lunches to us whilst we were in the queue for the buses to Machu Picchu.

We went to The Tree House because it was recommended at the hotel. You need to climb some stairs, and when you arrive you find a very good setting plus excellent food. It is worth to pay a visit to it, have a good meal and a good and relaxed time.
