Fancy!

The food was very good and clearly had a lot of love put into it. Small plates of detailed dishes. Very satisfied!

I tried the guinea pig, it was delicious, much like pork shoulder, not dry or gamey, but flavorful with some crisp. Also, the cocktails were well balanced, best chilcano in Peru (and we tried many). Sadly I was too full for dessert, offering a reason for a return visit!

It was my brekkie. I did not enjoy any other meal at Tree House. It was quite filling as I did not feel hungry all morning up in the citadel. Next time, I promise I will try lunch & dinner here (maybe a cooking class or two).

Our party of eight all thoroughly enjoyed this dining experience. The pumpkin soup was excellent (There were not a lot of options for a vegetarian, especially since we were staying clear of anything raw.), but this was a great choice. The other seven had grilled trout and assorted meat dishes, and everyone was very pleased with their selections. It is... More

Delightful gem at the top of a flight of stairs. Difficult to find but worth the effort. Waitstaff were excellent and food was fresh and delightful.

This restaurant was recommended to us by the Tierra Viva hotel where we were staying for the night ! My husband and I tried one of their dishes called <<Ceviche Atrovichado>>, I believe. It was sooo delicious that we had to order it again ! They also offer these lunch boxes that they would deliver to your hotel at your... More

First off, the food was amazing! The service...not so great. From the moment we were sat, we did not feel welcome. The only reason we stayed is because we hadn't eaten all day because of our day trip to Machu Picchu and we had read the reviews online about this place. Juan Carlos was our "server". The service was slow...almost... More

After reading reviews, I was looking forward to lunch here. A small Cusquena was 12/ soles (about $4). Average in town is 12/. the Creole soup was extremely bland and serverd luke warm. (Basically a tomato broth with noodles and ground beef). The salad with hearts of pslm was very small and the chicken with the quinoa was dry. The... More

We booked a table well in advance, yet seemed to take them by surprise when we turned up. Took forever to take our orders, and even longer for drinks to arrive. They only had 2 of their 8/9/10 white wines cooled but took a long time to tell us which ones. I'd swear waiters were hired that day. They didn't... More
