Very difficult to find. This street is mostly stairs. It is worth the climb. Waiter very knowledge on Peruvian wines. Great service, good food and good wines. They also have special of the day on a black board. I would go back any time.

I visited this restaurant in my trip to Machu Picchu and it was definitely the best in the small town of Aguas Calientes, it was a little hidden jewel. Was not easy to find but it was worth the search. I asked for trout, it was served with organic salad and locally grown potatoes. It is a gourmet restaurant so... More

My husband and I had a lovely meal tonight. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with a great music playlist in the background. The staff are passionate about the menu and seem to enjoy being there. We shared a starter of quinoa and falafel which was light, crisp and tasted fresh and wholesome. I had sweet potato ravioli with a... More

Took a cooking class with the chef and bartender/waiter. An awesome experience. We spent 2 hours with the guys learning how to make a pisco sour, ceviche, and an alpaca steak with a quinoa risotto. Heaps of fun and the food we made was great too. A really personal service (it was just the 2 of us) and we really... More

Mostly all the food in Aguas Calientes is the same, but hallelujah for the Tree House! They had absolutely delicious food and even craft beer! The portions are small and the prices a bit high, but you pay for what you get. Unless you like pizza that tastes like cardboard, this is the *only* place to eat in AC.

We just finished the Inks Trail and had a night in Aguas Caliente. After camp food for four days, we were looking for a nice meal. We chose this restaurant based on reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. The service was amazing, the decor and setting was great and best of all, the food was incredible. The... More

We were warned that there weren't many good options for food in Aguas Calientes, but tried The Treehouse based on TripAdvisor reviews, and it lived up to the hype. It was hard to find it, and you do have to hike up some stairs that, if you've been hiking for days, may give you pause. But once you get inside... More

We were looking for a nice place to try some Peruvian classics such as alpaca and cuy (guinea pig) after hiking Machu Picchu and this place delivered. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We were very happy with the offerings and the location was an easy walk from most area hotels. We definitely recommend it to anyone staying... More

My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to have lunch, so once more we decided to follow some TripAdvisor reviews. This is for sure the best place in town. The whole town including hotels look cheap and dirty to some point, with dozens of tourist trap restaurants around the place each one with someone outside trying to drag... More

We ate at Tree House after finishing the Inca Trail earlier in the day. It was a great atmosphere and they gave us a complementary sample from the kitchen. We had great service and the staff were very friendly and kind. Not the least expensive, but comfy and a nice treat after 4 days of hiking.
