A short visit

We went there just for a drink //2 pisco sours of course:) And we were amazed by the cosy atmosphere and stylish design. Pisco sour was one of the best, we got also a homemade roasted potatoes - probably the best I've ever had. However the place is a bit pricey.

Centrically located in Agua Caliente at the foot of Machu Picchu, this restaurant is owned and operated by a Frenchman who fell in love with Peru and a Peruvian lady. Together, they create the most delicious French/Peruvian dishes! The high quality food and spotlessly clean restaurant environment beats the local competition. The Quiche Lorraine is the best we have ever... More

great décor (sea/marine/boat style) great staff (running fast to serve customers) great drinks (pisco sours strong, natural juices come as large as a jug) great food (delicious soup, bread, main courses, best flan in peru) great owner (gave US gifts afterward and personally thanked us for coming) everyone there had smiles and really enjoyed themselves both tourists and locals

The food was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. The service was on point, and the prices were very reasonable.

Ate here three times, French onion soup each time was delicious. Clean place, when we visited the power had been out in town for 2 days, this was the only place that used a generator to keep food safe.

We ate lunch there again last week...a year after my last experience there. When we got there, it was bit before the rush, so we were one of only a few patrons there. I had something they call 'Salmon Trout' which was trout. I eat a lot of fish, and it may be the very best fish I've ever had.... More

We had a very nice lunch here before catching the afternoon train back to Cusco. Portions were good size and the service was excellent.

Called and made reservations for the same day. Service was great and food was delicious! We went with the set menu and some pisco sours. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also really wonderful.

There's nothing to hate about this restaurant (besides the broken lock in Men's toilet). The decoration is lovely. The food is great. Friendly staff as well. It's a bit pricey but that depends on your budget. If you want a nice lunch after morning excursion to Machu Picchu, then I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Indio Feliz was recommended to us by our guide, Marco, as the best restaurant in town. My wife and both agreed with his recommendation. The french born owner, Patrick, and his staff could not have been nicer and the food was the best we had in Peru. If this restaurant was in our hometown we would eat here at least... More
