Below average food, takes ages to arrive, if you try to ask for any variation on the menu, you will be getting a disaster! Later on is an ok bar to drink at, usual hassle from working ladies. With the amount of good restaurants in Lagos, this should not be on your hit list!

Very terrible place , poor service . Owner and staff have no clue about hospitality . Staff are employed based on looks and no experience at all . Food is rubbish . Everything is different and if you ask why , they would send a very un professional house girl to come and bring you down to her level and... More

Step Inn has been my watering hole since it opened maybe 5 years back. Its a great little pub in the heart of Victoria Island. Service is mostly ceerful although can be a bit slow. Food is normally pretty good - but if its not, send it back to the kitchen and don't pay... If you are an expat visiting... More

This was a regular hang-out for myself, my wife and most of the British (and not-so-British) community. The manager is Mark (who supports Stoke City). Very approachable, This is not high-class dining - but it is high on my enjoyment register. I recommend anyone who loves the UK, and is in Lagos, to find this small, and definitely unadvertised watering-hole.

Went visiting with friends who are home Christmas. Service started off nicely till we were asked to pay in the middle of our meal as the waitresses shift was offer which automatically turned the meal to a tasteless piece of wood. Was terribly embarrassed to say the least as I've worked in hospitality and only hear of this scenario at... More

Visited here whilst in Lagos recently on business and enjoyed some good old fashioned British grub after days of spicy food (Nigerians have everything spicy, my hotel served spicy chicken, corned beef, potatoes etc on the breakfast buffet) Lovely chicken pie and proper mash, gravy was from a packet but ok. Unusual to see people smoking in a pub again... More

Step In is an opportunity to look outside our preconceived idea’s of how we think the world ought to be…Step In is a male Expat’s and Nigerian Women (Night Stalkers) destination…and the later it gets the wilder it becomes… Of the three bars, of this caliber, I visited in Lagos with English Expat friends, I was the only Caucasian female...
