This is my thirds time here for business dinners.... How disappointing.... let me count the ways... 1. Only Italian imported wine of huge price not conmesurate with quality. 2. Food tastes like it was cooked earlier, frozen then microwaved 3. Food takes forever to show up 4. Food is brought out by client not by table 5. wine selection was... More

We we went there on a suggestion from a friend, when we were looking for a good Italian meal. The place is difficult to spot in the dark street, but once there you feel at home. The attendants are very friendly and helpful and the place is nice and cozy in the inside. Definitely not a posh establishment if you're... More

No pressure eating, nice place to relax visitors from out of town. Don't try to order from the menu else you might miss the best of it. Tell the chef to take care of you. They will wet your guts. Be careful though, cash only and it's a handful.

Il Sorrisso is our favorite Italian restaurant in Lagos. The servings are generous and the risotto is the BEST. The atmosphere is comfortable and it is a wonderful place to take business guests. The food can be pricey, but they offer a wide range of options and are consistent in quality.

It served proper Italian food. A bit pricey but satisfy. I liked its pasta with squid ink sauce. The interior is homy. It is a bit hidden though with only small signage hang on the entrance gate.

The food at il Sorrisso is very good, it's tasty and they've kept their standards. However the food is overpriced and this isn't doing them any favours. I enjoyed my meal but won't go back again for the price.

Wide range to select on menu. Very traditional italian food, good atmosphere and festive. Try the homemade pasta it is very tasty. Service is a bit slow.

Delicious dishes with real italian food. Had a great time with friends and glad the owners finally got back. As always the service was friendly which made me feel like home! Definetly going back, this is the place for real italian cuisine

If you stick to the pasta it can still be OK but expensive, other things much more hit and miss. was once run by the family but most have returned to Italy and the next generation don't cut it anymore
