A little gem

Right across the road from the Berber Palace Hotel, the food is absolutely excellent, and the service warm and friendly. Rub shoulders with the faces and names from film and TV who all stay over the road, but sneak over here to avoid the dreariness of the hotel dining room.

We ate here because our first choice, Accord Majeur, is closed on Sunday. I agree with most of the other reviews, the food and the service were good, to very good. I had Morrocan (harira soup and lamb skewers), and my wife had the chicken with cassis coulis. Both meals were very tasty, although the side dishes were not as... More

I looked forward to an Italian dinner through our whole desert trip (I can only do tagine and couscous for so long) and Restaurant Mogador did not disappoint. The service was attentive, the food very good, and the music, entertaining. Go give it a try!

Good food, good value, nice service. A good way to taste the Moroccan cuisine. You have to try their Brochettes and the Eggplant Caviar. Thank you Said and the chef! Wish you all the best.

Very good service as usual! We pre-ordered a "Couscous Royal" and it was wonderful, very tasty and well served. We had a romantic dinner next to the woodfire with a nice bottle of local wine. I loved it! So we came back this time for lunch for a tagine. You should try this beef tagine full of flavours. I definitely... More

Good food, good service, great value and warm ambiance. We have been kindly welcomed by Michael and his waiter Said. We sat in their lovely terrace and enjoyed their Pizzas and Filet which are amazing with a couple of cold beers (quiet rare in the south of Morocco), especially after 1 week of Tagines without any refreshing drinks. Next time,... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant. It was rainy and cold (yes believe me), and we could eat " au coin du feu devant la cheminée". The food is nice and there a good choice of morrocan's wine. So don't hesitate, hope you'll have the sun.

We arranged to meet Christian, the owner of our hotel Les Tourmalines here as he had given us a lift into town. He was covering for his son who owns the restaurant while he was on holiday. We arrived earlier than agreed, so we could have lunch. The decor was very nice with a beautiful stained glass window which allows... More

Food was quite good. Quality preparation particularly compared with most of of the Moroccan meals you will find. Only downside is location. Eat here for a very tasty $60 meal with wine if you are tired of tagine roulette. Not perfect but an oasis....,

We were recommended to come to this restaurant and we have' t been disappointed at all. This restaurant is lovely with a good service. The food was exactly what we were expecting. There was a large choice of dishes and the wine completed our meal. The restaurant owner, Myckael, was very kind as he was speaking fluently English and helped... More
