Delicious food at reasonable prices. I would definitely eat here again! The place had a warm cozy fireplace and since it was raining on the day we went there, it was very much appreciated. I later went back to the hammam run by the same people nearby and that experience was also fantastic. It looked like Casa Hassan would be... More

It is my first time to try pastilla which is hard to find in other region of Morocco. Maybe it is time consuming, not all restaurant would serve this traditional cuisine. It is surprisingly good though a little bit salty for me. Also I ate the fish of the day (squid), fresh and yummy!! These were the best food I... More

They have good food and couscous was good. The price was higher than many other places in Chefchaouen.

The rather large interior is divided in several dining rooms painted in a light blue with a pleasant and bright atmosphere. The food while not outstanding is better than most and certainly better than at Aladdin. Tasted the Moroccan soup and the Moroccan salad to start. While the soup was reasonably good the salad was a weird combination of a... More

We went here three (3) nights in a row while we were in Chefchaouen. The prix fixe menu is quite unbeatable -- basically, for about 80 Moroccan Dirhams (less than $10), you get homemade bread, a tasty soup starter, tagine (I got the chicken!) and a delicious dessert. Don't go to Chefchaouen without hitting up Casa Hassan! One hint, though... More

The atmosphere is very pleasant, traditional Moroccan without being tacky. The service was excellent; genuinely friendly and very efficent. The food itself was decent, but nothing special; the usual tagine and couscous lineup. It was tasty, but you get this almost everywhere else in Morocco. It was fairly inexpensive, too. Good value. All in all, nice evening. The food choice... More

This well-known eatery left us wanting. Nothing bad about it, but nothing special either. Food was average for a country where some simple meals often draw sighs of delight. Welcome by the manager was kind and professionnal, but service perfunctional. At least the personel did not wear the “One Thousand and One Nights” costume that those at Aladdin’s Lamp restaurant—another... More

We ate here both nights we were in Chefchaouen. You can not beat the value and quality of food, as well as cozy and authentic Moroccan atmosphere. The restaurant has a 3 course set menu, where you have a few options to choose from in each category, and was dirt cheap at a whopping $10 US for the 3 courses.... More

Lovely interior, great fireplaces and decor! The food was very good, with ample selections of starters, main courses and desserts. No wine, but delightful nonetheless.

Slightly overrrated in my opinion, however a nice restaurant to go to. Location: Right off the main square in Chefchaouen. Easy to find and very cosy inside. Food: Okay priced. We had the harissa soup, kebab and vegetable tajine. The soup was okay. The Kebab on the other hand was the best we tried in Morocco. The tajine was standard.... More
