Mediocre food, takes a really long time to arrive. The grilled meat was cold. The salad was disappointing. Kefta tajine was okay.

We had an awful experience with the food. Food poisoning to exact. How does this happen with such bland, tasteless food. We had so many better dining experiences in Morocco including Chez Aziz for dessert in Chefchouen. Also, this restaurant operates heavily on commission. Fellow travelers also told us they were lured into their prix fixe menu only to find... More

We sat in a small, cozy area in the restaurant, with a nice fire going. It was chilly outside so it made our dinner a nice experience. It is a fixed price menu, with 3 courses to meal. Simple, but good food. Grilled chicken was very good. The restaurant is associated with hotel across alley. Steps from center of medina.

We were scouring Chefchaouen to find the best pastilla for my wife who is crazy about this dish. Casa Hassan more than met expectations. The waiters were friendly, and the kefta and egg tajine that I ordered was great! The atmosphere was stunning. We were grateful for the fireplace on a chilly night. This was very enjoyable.

Guided here on first night - nice interior - ok food. But we didn't go again. There are much more interesting places and better food. I suspect they rely upon looking like a safe & respectable hotel/restaurant for new arrivals and they get recommended by guest houses & hotels for just that reason.

A bit formal, but the food is very good and the building is quite stunning. Nice cozy fireplace was ideal as it was a cool night.

One of my least favorite meals of our trip. Small quantity , larger price and just ok food. Nice atmosphere. Nothing to write home about for sure.

The restaurant inside is very charming. It is all done up with intricate wood ceilings & tile on the fireplace in Moroccan style. There are a few floors, so you can eat downstairs or upstairs. The main floor is old rock with some bricks and its very rustic and charming. The wait staff are very nice & speak English. The... More

Our riad recommended this place and at first we weren't sure we wanted to eat indoors when the weather was picture perfect for an outdoor meal. We are glad we decided to enjoy a meal here. Service and staff were top notch! Food was fabulous! We are big fans of Moroccan food and this place prepared it perfectly! We never... More

My wife and I ate here with 5 other friends. We both made poor choices, ordered the meat tangine. It was very greasy. Our friends ordered soup, kabobs, and chicken, which were much better choices.
