Checked-in to Taaras last weekend and found this Restaurant when I am looking for a better alternative for food since Taaras food is bad. Kuey Teow and Grilled Prawns hit the spot for me. For two person meal, it would cost you around RM20-30. Not bad at all!

Location: Outside Taaras Price: reasonably priced compared to elsewhere food quality: not too bad. however, don't bother ordering the juices. it's extremely diluted with water. service: slow but still faster than most places on the island staff: friendly staff

This is right next to the Taaras Beach Resort. We ate here twice and enjoyed the fish and crabs. A cheaper, better option than eating in the hotel. Their snorkelling trip was amazing too.

We ate here almost everyday of our holiday, it was delicious food and great value! We were staying at the Taraas resort and the food was much much better at Aima restaurant!! The staff are also really friendly.

Great news that Aima Grill Fish Restaurant is still getting such good reviews !!! We were there last year and looking at booking again for July. These good reviews have almost secured Redang as our holiday destination again. We actually walk there through the forest from main accommodation beach - Pelangi Beach Resort

We were staying at Taaras Hotel but the food at the hotel was not really good with sky rocketed prices. We were happy to find this place where we enjoyed a really fresh and tasty seafood: fried calamari and seafood soup were our top choices! The owner, Azman is a very friendly and reliable man. He was kind to offer... More

We stayed in the Taaras and got very tired of the bad and expensive food and the poor service. This restaurant is located just outside the gate and has great grilled fish and basic Malay food at extremely affordable prices. This place is basic and does not have air condition or nice decoration, but the food is really good and... More

Nothing fancy decor wise but food was fresh, lots of choice and so inexpensive! Fresh seafood was devine with a great selection of sauces! Owner spoke great english,... More

Totally worth the visit! We were staying at Taaras and decided to try the restaurant outside. You will find fresh and typical Malay food at a ridiculously low price! Just remember to use mosquitoes repellent...!
