Probably the best place for wifi on the island but also really good food! Try the veggie curry and the oreo shake, it won't disappoint you.

We loved the laid back atmosphere in this restaurant. Probably because it is brightly lit. The foods and drinks are cheaper compared to other restaurants. I wished I had dined in this place sooner. recommended!

Lovely staff and food while you plan your next stop. It offers access to WiFi with purchase of food or drink. It does get busy in the evenings.

Nice brightly lighted up place. Food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Free wifi with power points available. A little slow service wise when it is crowded. They offer the barracuda fish on their menu. Loved their squid and prawn dishes too.

Best in the island and they re so nice !! Food is great, and so are the prices ! No beach view but the bungalows look nice and new, we did not have the chance to try them though.

Food and drinks served at other cafe/ food stall on this island are more or less the same but I find the price at this cafe slightly cheaper. The menu listed 'french toast' but when it was served, I think they should rename it 'egg toast'

we had lunch and dinner once here. everything was good except that our dinner was a bit salty. but we loved their generous portions and the pricing is slightly cheaper than the other restaurant on the island. snicker and mango milkshake was very yummy! and wifi is pretty good here.

Ewan's Cafe is a short 3 minute walk up the hill - east of Coral Bay along the path between Ombak restaurant and Mama's and probably a 7+ minutes walk west of Long beach. A great selection of Malay/Thai/Chinese and Western Tourist fare is on offer and is priced to suit backpackers budgets. The meal portions are large and while... More

Ate here many times for breakfast and dinner. Prices were low - meals were hot, tasty and quickly prepared. Well trained staff gave great service. Set meal with Shrimp Ginger, vegetable curry, ice tea 22myr and Beef Parika, vegetables, ice tea 16myr. Other items were great value - breakfasts too. Wifi was reliabel and fast. Highly Recommended

My wife and I ate at Ewan's twice while we were in the Perhentian Islands on holiday. The food was quite delicious and the fresh fruit juice was some of the best we had on the island. Some of their dishes like the butter squid could use a little flavoring, but other foods such as their nasi goreng and fish... More
