Do not go here on an empty stomach because you will end up needing 15 minutes to decide from the mouth watering menu! Honestly, the menu is an encyclopedia. I defy anyone not to find something they'd love! I had a chilli burger and fries... and my word, after 2 months of steamed rice, this meal was heaven!!! Excellent price,... More

Small cafe in a garden setting serving Burmese and Western food. Dishes were tasty although the spice level was obviously adjusted for a tourist 's palate so not very authentic . Service was friendly but very very slow. The best thing in this cafe are the piping hot home made baguettes due to a "french" chef we were told. Definitely... More

Over the years Starbucks has always served up a delicious Western or Thai meal every time I go to Surin. The new location continues to please in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The biggest problem is trying to decide what to eat on the huge menu. My favorites are the burgers and sandwiches. I'll be back!

I saw the restaurant advertised on FB by a friend and decided to try it when in Surin. The restaurant was quite difficult to find and we had to stop to ask for directions on more than one occasion. However, I must stress that the proprietor, Mr Seaberg, kindly offered to come and get us if we got lost. The... More

If you're ordering western food here, be prepared to wait a little longer. In saying that, it is well worth the wait. I ate here twice while in Surin and both times the food was fantastic. They serve everything from a proper English breakfast to pies, burgers, Mexican and of course Thai food. The owners were friendly and made sure... More

Just had a breakfast at Starbeam the other day...the two breakfast burritos and a coffee. It was very good and really filling. The staff were pretty busy, but the service was fine. Wifi worked well, too. I would definitely go back again any time.

The proprietor's of Starbeams opened a new restaurant in Surin in August 2014 under the same name. It is a little out of the town centre. Take the Sangka road out of town past the Government Hospital and turn left at the traffic lights before the Big C lights onto the Klong (canal) road. Turn left opposite the Japanese Restaurant...
