The food at Barracuda was excellent although a little pricey for Koh Tao standards. Service was exellent.
Seafood platter provided us with a huge delicious meal for two and was very very good - we would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Koh Tao. Very good atmosphere and waiting staff and would go back again. Surprisingly busy which shows how good and popular it is despite being green season so would recommend booking.
I wasn't as WOW-ed with Barracuda as I hoped to be. The seafood was good, but not the best. My table got the fish cakes, grilled prawns, variety of seafood cooked in a banana leaf with green curry and a whole steamed fish with lemon grass and chili. The fish cakes were my favorite. Like I said - good seafood..not...

The prices here are a little higher than most other restraunts in Koh Tao but well and truly worth it!!! All of the food we ordered was 100% up to standard of the top restraunts in Melbourne which would charge $150 a plate minimum. I would suggest making a booking especially if you are travelling in high season as half...

We had an amazing meal here. We are from Melbourne and we love our food. The quality of the food here is just amazing, as good or better than most places back home. We will go again before we leave koh Tao
Great place for a nice dinner out on Koh Tao. Group of six had drinks, dinner & dessert for for about $165.00 (Canadian) including the awesome seafood platter for two!
It’s actually a bit shocking to find something this good somewhere so small where generally this amount of thought and skill wouldn’t be put into food. My wife and I live in New York, eat out there several times a week and have spent far far more than we did here to get far less. I loved their appetisers and...

Amazing little find on Koh Tao! When I thought all that could be found was straight forward Thai or Western food for burger starved travellers, along came Barracuda. Billed as Thai fusion, it really delivered. The mix of fine dining quality foord with hints of local flavor. Lemon grass, curry flavors, etc. All mixed up with fresh delicious seafood and...

We went here due to fantastic reviews on tripadvisor and perhaps expected too much for the island, where we found food to be quite poor throughout our stay.
I had the tuna steak and whilst not terrible, I felt it was a little bland. It lacked enough sauce to go with the size of the steak and I couldn't finish...
