Great place - cheap food

This restaurant was one of our favourites whilst staying here and we came back at least four times for lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable (beer is 70bt - cafe del sol opposite charges 130bt for some reason?!) and the food is delicious. The curries are very nice and filling - the tofu red... read more

This is one of our favorite restaurants on Koh Tao, the perfect place for a delicious shake, green curry chicken & a movie. (Although i'm sure the tv got smaller since I was there 3 years ago) 😂 Relaxed, tasty & well priced. A "must visit"

I have never felt the need to review on trip advisor but thought I might speak up so others could avoid my mistake. I went here for dinner and ordered sticky rice with a spicy pork salad. Food was ok but I'm sure that the rice was reheated and gave me three days worth of food poisioning- Ruining my diving... More

The food is okay but nothing that will make you say wow. It is one of the cheaper places to eat but for the same money you can get better food elsewhere.

Came here two years ago and loved the mu kratiem (pork with garlic). Came back again today after two years and it was the same delicious food in a lovely setting. Also had a tasty spicy papaya salad. They play movies each night in the neighbouring room which is a nice touch.

We tried mango shake here and it was so-so. So much ice, almost only ice. Shakes are not recomended. Good point is that you can sit on pillows and use free wifi.

Loved pranees food so good, everything we had was delicious and we ate here at least 10 times during our stay, if not for lunch, for dinner, cheap but that doesn't affect the quality of the food or serice, beer cheap, wine okay, traditional Thai food and western food, but thai is best! Good carbonara too.

We first stumbled upon this restaurant by accident because it is not next to frequently used roads like other restaurants. It is located right next to ananda villa, turn left from the lomprayah pier and keep on walking past planet scuba and the safety stop cafe, you'll find it on your right hand. The restaurant offers good food (not excellent... More

Get the Green Curry, Papaya Salad and No Name Chicken. Authentic, rustic, with friendly service and heaps of vegetables in the curry. I also saw a lot of westerners eating westerner style breakfasts.

Easily amongst the best food anywhere on the island. The food is genuinely authentic and very very reasonably priced. It is close the main pier, but is tucked away so you would have to look for it rather than stumble upon it. The restaurant is very clean and has a great atmosphere. If you have your evening meal, you can... More
