There were some good reviews on this restaurant and it always seemed full so we tried it. Unfortunately it wasn't that good - we waited an hour for our food and when it came it was pretty average. Prices were cheap but didn't go back and wouldn't recommend it.

Its hard to say for sure as we only went there once but that was enough. We waited nearly an hour for our food and I only wanted a vegetable omelette which only had tomatoes and onions in it (not exactly vegetables) and it was cold. The restaurant was always full when we passed so thought it should be good,... More

If you like spicy, traditional thai food then you can only go to this place. However, go early as this lady works on her own and cooks meal by meal.. We went three times and it was worth it!

When you pass by the restaurant you see a sign of trip advisor from 2012, so we and my wife sat down and ordered only desserts. The lady make one dish at a time so you can wait 35 min to your plate, my wife ordered fried banana, the honey came with 3 dead ants inside and we told the... More

we tried this place to change from the usual (and excellent) Baan Muay Thai, but were disappointed. Food was just bland - as mentioned in other reviews lots of sauces straight from the bottle - service not particularly for Thailand, we did not return.

The food is excellent, but plan ahead because all food is cooked as ordered, if the restaurant is full, the wait may be bit long, but still worth the wait.

The sign outsides advertises "organic" and "homemade" and a 5-star TripAdvisor rating, in other words, all what would pull a tourist in. However, the food is below average with sauces straight out of the bottle. Thai dishes bear little resemblance with Thai food, the burger is dry and tasteless, the spaghetti as sweet as a desert, the service poor, and... More

You owe it to yourself to check this place out. If you like spicy, if you want traditional thai food, and you can only go to one place, this is it.

This was one of the first eating places we checked out during our stay in Ko Phangan. The place is easy to find, and is just a few minutes walk from the beach. The restaurant is indeed run by two ladies, and we faced none of the issues noted by other reviewers - including bad odors or nasty service. The... More
