Best Bar In Lanta

This place serves amazing food, the service is excellent and the staff are very attentive. You'll be missing out if you don't visit during your stay on Lanta. We (Zuby & Suzanna) would like to thank Darren for the sandwiches and lots of crisps he gave us for our journey back to Bangkok! We are... read more

In recent months the Irish has expanded into the unit next door and incorporated a pool table and darts board. There is some type of event running nearly every day and sport from various channels is shown on the many screens so it is a haven for football, rugby etc. The food menu is Irish / British with a touch... The half roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and beans was amazing! I highly recommend making a trip to the Irish Embassy Pub and Restaurant if you visit Koh Lanta. It is centrally located on Long Beach and well worth your time. The owner is out there serving tables and making sure all patrons are happy. The food is great and... More

IT is a real irish pub. We were there on a quiz night. Unfortunately the quiz was too much irish/english for us (dutch) but the vibe was good. We had the burger, which tasted really good.

Was great! The food is very very good, and the staff+owners are so friendly! We love going there. They have a pool table, and a different type of fun, every night.

What a great spot this is, the staff are amazing and the guinness is one of the best pints I have had outside of Ireland. Now the food on the other hand was unreal. I had the steak pie with chips, peas and gravy on the side absolutely delicious ! When travelling through Asia it's nice to find a little... More

I always have a great time when visiting Koh Lanta and the Irish Embassy is an integral part of the trip. The St Patricks Day parade and party was lots of fun and it's a great venue for watching the Six Nations Rugby and Footy. The quiz night was hilarious and they now have a pool table and dart board.... More

We decided to check this place out because after 13 weeks in SE Asia we were looking for something different..... Everyone raved about the Irish Embassy. It was really quite a letdown. We had the chicken & stuffing wrap and the chicken curry Panini. Let me say.. we read the reviews about "huge portions" so we went hungry and the... More

Thanks for your review! First let me correct you on our prices..for someone who has been travelling S.E Asia for 13 weeks...you obviously still haven't worked out the currency bless you! What you had would have been around 4 - 5 Canadian dollars..our most expensive main meal being around 9 dollars. Talking of main meals, you said you went hungry as... More
