Took my girlfriend there for her birthday and from start to finish the experience was wonderful. The pre dinner drinks went down well courtesy of the owner, followed by fantastic starters, mains and deserts. Don't wait for an occasion to visit this restaurant, you will be missing out otherwise. Will definately be back in the future.

After weeks of great and some not so great thai cusine, this is a definitve must not miss. really great food, well prepared. Reasonably priced, but will still set you back for a bit of $ as you will feel you have to have more, and taste everything.

Yeserday was my 70th birthday.to celebrate, my wife and I had dinner at The Red Snapper (courtesy of our eldest son Paul) everything about the meal was absolutely wonderful. The friendliness of the staff, the wonderful owners ,Eddie and Joyce, and the ambience of the venue, was more than anyone could hope for. Over the years,we have dined here, and every... More

Came here after reading a few reviews and staying at a hotel nearby and wanted a change. Good menu. Many choices. Food was tasty. Cocktails also nice. All reasonably priced. Worth a visit if nearby.

We visited here last night, the food was delicious and we very much enjoyed it. We didn't feel it was over priced for such a lovely restaurant. We picked tapas style dishes, all were good and we enjoyed a bottle of white wine together, also the best wine we've had in Thailand so far. Highly recommend and would visit again,... More

Highly recommended by friends. So we went. But to be honest. The Red Snappers menu seems to be for people who do not like thai food. So why visit Thailand. We had a table outside under the large trees and the atmosphere is very nice. That can not be said about the service. Probably the poorest service we experienced on... More

Why this place is ranked so low on trip advisor is beyond me. We ate there on 3 consecutive nights because the food and service was so outstanding It has a reputation as one of the best restaurants on the island and it exceeded expectations every time. We had different meals each night. It isn't cheap, but quality comes at... More

The food is super good! Fair portions and I have experienced a great service. It's a bit pricy for Thailand but quite affordable if you're paying with "tourist on holiday" money... A must go place in koh Lanta for sure! We were a group of 8 and only had a table because it was booked in advance otherwise it would... More

Excellent selection of unique tapas and the desserts are to die for!!! Apple pie with salted caramel ice cream and mango cashew Apple pie with mango ice cream were our selections - we went back two nights in a row because the food was that good! Just keep in mind that they are closed on Wednesday so go any other... More
