This place is really nice in Ayutthaya. It´s a charming little market full of locals. Just wander around between the stalls, your dish and sit down next to the river to enjoy a beautiful view of an enlightened wat on the other side of the river. Dishes between 40 and 60 baht, and come here by night, only then this... More

If you take one of the sunset boat tours around Ayutthaya then you will end up at the Hua Raw Night Market. The general market stalls are not up to much, and nobody seems to want to bargain at all but at the back towards the river there are some great little restaurant pitches with dishes around the 60 Baht... A decent night market - there are others in town, but I think this one is the best - with various Thai and halal stands. Go for the back left, near the halal section, for great tom yum koong. There may be a name, but if so, it's in Thai; look for a band of men/servers wearing blue. They've got... More

This is a nice market, they are everywhere in Thailand. Don't visit in daytime, there is no atmosphere then. Come in the evening for some food.

We liked the night market, you'll get more authentic food for less money! Definitely recommended if you're staying the night in ayutthaya.

Small marker area but well located along side the river in an elevated position. Enjoy great food at a table overlooking the river. Make sure you apply mosquito repellant before you sit down here. Lots of small mice running around the market - dont be alarmed its isn't as bad as it sounds.

Of course this market does not compare to Chiang Mai or Bangkok, but it is more of a local atmosphere. It is mainly about food. You can stroll through the night market and enjoy the locals. Not much to find as far as souvenirs go.

We went here after visiting the other night market (name unknown) the previous evening. We were pleased to see menus so we were certain what we were ordering ahead of time. The food options seemed limited compared to the other night market, but the food we were served had fresher ingredients. There were also stalls with clothing, beauty products, and... More

We had a very pleasant evening here. We discovered hot pot and loved it. You cook your dish at the table, in a hot stove/pot. We had a grilled fish too which was amazing. Very friendly service too.

The night market we visited was on Bang Lang Road. We ate here two nights in a row. There are lots of food stalls with similar food at a good prices. A rice dish cost us 30THB. For desert you can have fruit, cake or mango sticky rice. Further along the road there are also food stalls. We found the... More
