Visit here only if you wish to eat gujarati thali. They dont have any a la carte menu at all. The ambience is poor too.

nice to find guju food in munnar, we enjoyed it there. There was hardly any crowd during our visit but we are sure it can get crowded.

If you get tired of touristy food of South India - meaning, North Indian food made with coconut gravies, please visit Patels. Quintessential Gujju eatery with no fuss. No nonsense and pure taste of Kathiawadi food. Loved the hot chapatis with batata-nu-shak, kathol, dal, gawar and dahi. All piping hot on a cold night. Worth every penny

If you are hailing from north and pure veg then this place is one of the best in town. The food is just awesome. Specially the chapatis which is difficult to get anywhere else. at most places the chapatis are made up of maida and half cooked.

We had a south indian and north indian thali - both were super tasty and served very hot. Going by the looks and ambiance, one may feel its not a safe place to try but the food was yummy and pricing was very reasonable for unlimited thali.

Apart from that nothing was good. And most importantly it was not at all hygienic. I won't recommend this to anybody. In fact, i... More

In our Day 2 tour of Kodai, our driver took the halt for lunch in this restaurant. They have only 2 types of meals viz. South Indian Thali and North Indian Thali. Those cost you around Rs. 70 and Rs. 100 respectibvely. They serve unlimited rice, dal, sabji and roti. When the waiter came with plate and kept it in... More
