Good place

This place is always crowded because of the amazing food it has to offer. Very delicious food, and has lots of butter to offer!

Nestled in the bowels of Hall Bazaar is this gem of a place, bench seating and marble tables are the first indication of a brilliant meal to follow. The prices of some dishes are a tad touristy but still highly affordable, the food well worth any price, authentic and nostalgic for those that have partaken of this cuisine in their... More

So,we took a while to reach this place, but the wait was worth it. When we entered the place, it looked so modest and homely. We ordered a Palak Paneer, laccha paratha, dal and lassi. The quantity was good and the quality of food was amazing. I have never tasted such good palak panner ever in my life, the palak... More

We had good sumptuous Food. Especially Kulchas, Paneer preparations and then followed by Matka Kulfi. The restaurant is in back lanes and one will need a Cycle Ricksha to reach there. But all the trouble is worth.

Had food here one April afternoon, a second lunch so to say after hogging at the langar in Golden Temple. So we couldn't do justice to the food. First came a big glass of lassi. It's the thickest lassi I had in my life, and vet very rich. Anyone who can have a meal after that should consider himself to... More

This place is of course legendary. Both for food and the simplicity it brings along. What I really liked about this place was that they propagate community eating. Maybe I am reading too much between the lines but it was good to see big tables and benches on either side where anyone can sit with anyone. Maybe they are doing... More

I recently visited kesar da dhaba.it is a little difficult to reach as it is located in busy market with small roads. You also have to wait long to be seated but the main thing..FOOD is awesome. Dal,chole,naan,lassi..mmmm, all were out of the world and do not forget to have phirni..
