It's nice to have a dhaba recommendation one can rely on. The thali plates were good and the price was right. This place is larger and cleaner than roadside dhabas but it is not a/c.

We have tried Aloo kulcha with special Amritsari Cholle. It's taste was awsome. Try at once if visiting Amritsar. It is near to Jalianwala bagh.

If your in Amritsar, you should visit this place. Great food with good service. Loved their kulcha thali with lots of ghee. Chana is a must have!!! Also they give a bowl full of freshly cut onions which just compliments the great food. Will visit again for sure!!!!

Just wanted to add the opinion of two western travellers generally a bit cautious of local dhabas. Absolutely try this place- very clean, heaving with a great vibe, and the food is literally some of the best we've had in the 5 months we've been in India. But go feeling hungry, it's definitely filling and a bit of a special... More

the famous amritsari kulcha at its best. one thali with 2 kulcha means your lunch is over. very tasty with pure ghee and nice chana. little more cleanliness is needed. Lassi is very average. very near to jaliyawala bagh and golden temple.

I had three visits to this place in the time gap of a day.. And tasted some aloo and paneer kulchas, lachcha paranthas with chana and raita as assortments to get lost into a whole new world of delicious Punjabi food.! I can easily say this is one of the best eateries in Punjab with a history of more than... More

For for their Thali consisting of Laccha Paratha or any other Indian Bread such as Naan etc. and try their Dal Makhni. Its the best. Place is crowded you may have service issues due to tremendous rush. But its worth it. They have another Air conditioned Restaurant in Alpha One Mall, the food is equally good and the ambience pleasant.

The smell was overpowering at first (rancid ghee in the summers?) when we went in for breakfast. But we got used to it after a bit. The kulcha was good but the aalu-lonji with the puri was superlative.
