nothing great

Had a lunch at this hotel, the waiting hours are quiet frustrating(you literally need to drag the waiter to the table to table an order).North Indian food are written in the menu but are made in south indian type. Nothing great .

Went with my wife on a road trip to munnar from Trivandrum early 2014. The first place we stopped for lunch in munnar was this place. Buffet was only 400 rupees per person. The array of food was 4 course spread over many tables. It was fantastic. I got to try out everything, and left with a belly well satisfied.... More

It was great to find a nice restaurant in the busy munnar city. We went for lunch and it was a buffet. There was good variety and all of us enjoyed the food.

So to say , I have not had bad food in quite some time.. This is one such experience. Everything that we ordered was tasteless and not up to the standard of consumption.would not recommend this place to anyone. Rather starve than eat here.

The place feels nothing like the review i had read on Lonely Planet. Its crap ! Dirty table clothes ! We had ordered king fish curry , rice & fish fry. The rice was the only thing edible. The fish used in the curry was hard , because they had used frozen fish and you can make it out very... More

We had been to Silver Spoon in Palakkad and were impressed. Hence stepped in Silverspoon Munnar. To our utter disappointment, the food was literally bad. Fish was not fresh. Rates are overpriced if you compare qith the quality. We had almost guessed how our experience might be when we noticed that there was no other customer other than us. So... More

Unfortunately the curries hear really are not good, full of so many pieces of inedible spices and tiny chicken bones all you seem to be doing is concentrating not to choke! I'm sure you can find a lot,lot better elsewhere in town.

A promising location let down by expensive and unsatisfactory food. Butter chicken was a good flavour, but let down by more small bones and ineddible hard spices than I could count. The price was excessive, even discounting the disappointing food. Also it was pretty cold inside.

Go there for excellent Kerala cuisine at excellent price. A full Kerala thali will cost 75 bucks only!! Try The Malabar fish.
