Best sea food in Goa..

Fantastic! One of the best meals I've had in Goa. Situated right behind hotel Caravela Homestay. Great selection, nice ambience, enough quality value famous amongst Indians as well as foreigners visitors, fabulous service, and they serve Indus Pride.. Highly recommended :)

Over priced for just about average Goan food. The prawn curry at 700/- just about did me in, true the prawns served were large and plentiful, but it was close to high way robbery! If you want to sit in a heritage home and pay trough your nose for local food, this place is for you...

So we drove all the way from South Goa to try out the food here, on a rainy June evening and it was well worth the ride. Heidrich(not sure about the spelling) who runs the place waited up for us and personally helped us chose which dishes to try. We had a lot of fish dishes, Vegetable Xacuti and even... More

The coolers are different and refreshing and the owner is a treasure house of information. Oh, the pizzas are great too :)

We went here after finding it on zomato and boy was it great! the staff is very nice and friendly and were very helpful. The food takes a bit of time to come, but the freshness and flavour of the food make it up for the delay. We ordered the pasta,it was nice and flavourful. The balchao prawns were yummy and were served... Venite is located in the fontainhas area of Panjim which has a strong Portuguese influence. The interiors of Venite are splashed with random/new age/hippy drawings and quotes. The food was excellent, we ordered calamari and prawn starters. And all three steaks- chicken, pork and beef. Topped all that up with homemade bebinca for dessert... Divine ! We went there at... Tried basic beer and some vegetarian starters. Was pleasantly surprised with the bill not even crossing 500 :D I specifically took the balcony table which was overlooking the street below but was probably only 15 inches wide. Being blocked by the wall on one side and the balcony railing on the other, it was a unique evening time for me.... More

A Portuguese styled vintage restaurant in the meandering lanes of Latin Quarter of panjim opposite the casino jetty this once upon a time priceless jewel of Portuguese culinary delight has faded away into the dark reality of poor quality control and zero marketing leaving the field open to the new culinary new age successors of Portuguese tainted goan food dynasty.... Venite is a reference point for visitors to Panjim and the decor / ambiance is nice, however the food is overpriced. Afternoon service is abysmally slow (much better in the evening), the food is decent enough but nothing outstanding, and the prices are a little on the high side for what's on offer. The very central location in Panjim is... More

Easy to miss since the place is located in a very small street, but definitely worth searching for! We enjoyed the starters of cheese and olives and shared the Venite style barachoa which was delicious! A port lover should try the house wine. You get a real Portuguese experience, while being in India!
