I wish I could give this place 6 stars. We went here multiple times and each time was like a little bit of smoothly heaven. Fresh fruit smoothies with the option of milk, soy or rice milk (which for me is always a plus) provided a welcome break from the typical beach vacation food. We went for lunch as well... More

I just love the shrimp tostatoes at Earth Mamas, they blew my mind. The cafe is set in a nice garden, and the staff are friendly. A must visit place in the west end.

My husband and I went here for both breakfast and lunch during our aug honeymoon. I had the breakfast burrito for breakfast and the Curried Chicken Wrap and a smoothie for lunch, both were great! Overall, great service and wonderful food! Check it out!

Nice place with delicious homemade food. You need to take bug spray, because there is a lot of bugs. Food is delicious and there's yoga classes too. The smoothies and the coffee are very good.

Breakfast of champions! We just had Breakfast burritos but they were some of the best I ever had. Service was great too. Very friendly and polite.

A breakfast, brunch, and lunch jewel. The creative, appealing combinations on the menu are fresh, light, and pure, presented simply but elegantly, and delicious, sometimes in surprising ways. Those qualities were consistent over a variety of meals and selections. The ambience is quiet, restful, and inviting. An oasis among the other eating establishments in West End.

Very cute little cafe with a yoga room at the back. Mats, towels and water provided. I attended an 8.30am class. Christeen was an excellent teacher and managed to guide us very skillfully through her class despite the noise from the construction work next door.which is due to finish in the next couple of weeks. I had a smoothie (... More

Great healthy restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast burrito, and crepes are superb, and also have nice variety of smoothies. Owned by Canadians, who also have a yoga studio behind the restaurant. Very relaxing atmosphere. Side note, bacon not offered as a side. Vegetarian offering as well.

This place is located a short walk off the main road in town, so when combined with the ample plant life on the property, it feels more peaceful than many of the other places to get a meal in West End. The smoothies were great.

Had breakfast with them this morning. It's fairly noticeable sign off West End Main Street & leads into a garden oasis dining area. I chose their pancake special & coffee today. Pancakes came with tropical fruits & the coffee was tasty. I enjoyed my breakfast & the amount was about L $160.
