Best Jamaican jerk pork, and chicken on Roatan!

If you are visiting the island I suggest you stop by the Blue Parrot Restaurant to try the best jerk chicken on island. Simply love it!! Great service and friendly people.

Stopped by here to grab some Jerk Chicken. It was $35 us dollars for what equaled one breast and leg. Tasted very good but would have happily paid $10 but not $35 again. Oh and they don't take cards, only cash.

We recently spent a week on the island of Rotatan with a group of 14. By far, this was my favorite restaurant!! The grilled/jerked grouper was fabulous - the prices were great - and the atmosphere perfect!! I would highly recommend Blue Parrott and look forward to going back!

We read a little bit about this place but when we walked in Carol made us feel at home asking us our names and where we were from. Then everyone there was so friendly and was a fun place to go. Food was incredible. We ended up eating there 3 of the 7 nights and had one dinner elsewhere but... More

This is bar that everyone should have in their neighborhood. You walk in and you are instant friends. They are so welcoming. The Grouper is fabulous!! Everything was fabulous. With 14 of us, we tried almost all they had. The drinks are cold. We ended up at the Blue Parrot 3 different times while on the island. We enjoyed every... More

Have been to Roatan three times now and eatn in many of the restaurants the island has to offer. Vincent is a top notch cook! And if you talk him into cooking his Jerk the way he likes it you will be writing a good review too...Carols Monkey La La's are the best on the island as well. See you... More

Simple roadside place. Great, friendly service. We both had the jerk chicken, one with rice and beans and I had the Yuca (because I'd never tried it before). The jerk chicken was AMAZING, extremely tender and fall-off-the-bone, obviously prepared with skill and care! My partner said the rice and beans was very well done and I greatly enjoyed the Yuca... We had a delicious fish dinner last night. The fresh fish of the day was trigger fish which we had never eaten. We asked for it grilled and it was absolutely perfectly cooked. We are particular about how fish is prepared and this restaurant did it right. There were three sauces to choose to eat with the fish and we... More

We had a great time at this restaurant. We met a lot of expats and played LCR on Wednesday nite, a fun time with a fun crowd
