this place seemed to have half the staff that chili's has one of their competitors- we were greeted by a sour looking hostess who tried to seat us in the most undesirable area of the restaurant but we refused-got the menus then waited and waited while several servers were bs ing-finally asked someone to track down our server who eventually... First time I visited a tgif and was very disappointed! First we ordered a bottle if wine. I dont expect to get a very good one at places like this but this bottle clearly had been opened a long time ago. I called the waitress and explained her the problem. She insisted that the wine was good without even smelling... More

The decor of this place is rather overwhelming, but the food is reasonably tasty and the portion sizes very generous. The price paid for the steak was not worth it. Drinks were okay but there was nothing special about it. Only go for an experience, besides that I wouldn't bother going again.

Went there last week and enjoyed the Chicken Fried Steak- good food but the chicken was a little bit small compared to States. My kids split a Jack Daniels Burger and enjoyed it but the bacon inside was not the same quality as the US. Free refills help- the waitress was slow either because she had too many tables or... More

Just like a TGIF that you would find in any western city. The food seems to be exactly the same, flavour wise and menu choice. A great spot if you have had only Ecuadorian cuisine (which is delicious) and you get a yearning for some good albiet commercial, western food.

This is a typical TGIF you find anywhere in he states except the service is much slower. Located at the San Marino Mall with great views outside, especially at night.

I feel as this is a franchise is not much the difference Between all of them, I can say that the says of the food are a bit small than the us says but over all it was a good experience. The service was average. So if you are in guayaquil and you want to try it is a good... More

We visited the mall that this restaurant is located in the evening before and saw that they open for breakfast at 8 AM including Sunday. Problem is the Mall is not open at that hour so you have to find a guard and ask to be admitted to the Mall. This is not a problem, you just have to know.... More

Walked in, looked around at lunchtime. Sat down and waited. Despite the place being practically empty, nobody came by to see what we wanted. Waited, waited and then decided we didn't need to keep waiting when other options were available. The ambiance is tired, old, and just done. Not the same experience as in the States, in case you were... More

We always go to Fridays back home, so I was curious to see if they have the same Menu, down in Guayaquil, we discovered it was so much better than home, they have plenty more choices, the restaurant looks like a luxury restaurant with Friday's style of curse, we loved, we went there for 4 times.
