Went here with our family group after a day tour. The food (especially the seafood) was outstanding. Unquestionably a great value, but just plain good food. Everyone loved their entree. The ambiance was very nice and we were in a quiet room off the main dining area. Wine list was extensive and reasonably priced. If we lived in the area,... More

We spent one night at the hilton in Guayaquil on our way back from Galapagos and we were recommended by our tour agency and the hotel that this is one of the best restaurants in the area. Please do not go- the food was terrible and the service was non existent. We ordered some local dishes along with sea bass... More

This place was recommended by several people. We had some of the best fish (and we are from California and eat a lot of fish). We got a mixed grill thing that has the best grilled octopus we've ever had. And the sea bass was excellent too. Oh, and the portions are huge! I had a sea bass in coconut... More

We first heard about this restaurant when we were flying from Miami to Quito and our young seatmate said it was her favorite restaurant in the country. Today our private tour guide took us to his "favorite restaurant" and it was the same one we had heard about on the plane. All the praise is valid. The service is great,... More

We arrived here with three tour buses and had a surprisingly good meal. The staff and management were very professional and served a well coordinated meal in the prescribed period of time. We were entertained by an excellent strolling singer who did well with operatic and standard songs. We had excellent ceviche and Pisco Sours followed by a hot main... More

Different two persons (guide and taxi driver) recommended this same restaurant. The interior is very nice and English menu is available. The price is reasonable and the lobster plate was so delicious! Minus point is that they serves all dishes (salad, soup, main dishes) at a time and our table was full of dishes (both the first and second times)... More

Lovely find. Exquisite seafood. Ceviche was the best, and I have had it many places. Sea bass was exceptional. Mostly locals; they brought me the English language menu without my asking. Very good South American wine list. Service was very attentive.

I was at this restaurant three years ago. I wanted to come back, and I was not disappointed, the same excellent service and food. We chose to drink pisco sour, not worth it, it was $9. a piece. Ceviche was superb, breaded corvina was excellent, and desert was very good as well. Food was Pricey but worth it.

The owner of the guest house recommend Lo Nuestro Restaurant. We took a taxi ride which cost $5 to this restaurant. We didn't realize that this place is fancier than what we would typically eat. Food prices were between $15-$25, depending on what you ordered. The decor was pretty cool. We weren't given an English menu, so we picked our... More
