Nice display of fish in crushed ice helps to decide what to eat. Knowledgeable hostess who knows about fish. Very nice outdoor seating , good food with prompt service.

We ate at Kamerlengo twice whilst staying in Trogir and enjoyed both meals. The chef who cooks on an open grill cooked my husbands fish to perfection along with the veal that i ordered. The staff we found were not as friendly as other restaurants we visited and be aware of the extra charges on the bill for bread that... More

Reaaly enjoyed this restaurant. Sat near the chef cooking on the open grill in the restaurant. Friendly staff.

We had a great last evening with an excellent diner at Kamerlengo. Food and service were perfect, atmosphere in the small alleyway was wonderful. We could recommend the Kamerlengo warmly.

My husband, his family and I were in Trogir for our last night in Croatia and had dinner here. What a great way to end the trip! We had all fish dishes and they were great! WE enjoyed looking at the cook while grilling our fish, which he did perfectly. They had a good selection of different types, which was... More

The four of us went in together on a fish feast. We chose two fresh fish from the display of fish on ice. They were grilled to perfection on a wood fire. Our server filleted the fish at our table. We had a wonderful time.

Relative to our two konoba experiences on Vis (one FABULOUS, the other awful), Kamerlengo falls between the two extremes. The food was average to good, but nothing spectacular. Our initial waiter was charming with a genuine interest in answering our questions about certain dishes and preparation, but he disappeared about half-way through the evening. We eventually flagged down another staff... More

This restaurant has an inside area and a walled patio garden, being situated in a narrow street at the old town area. The service was efficient, fast but unhurried even though there was only one waiter working the area. Its main point is that it is located away from the main tourist area where there is a row of restaurants... More

Their best is off the grill, mainly fish which is not cheap. Which my husband said was good but not fantastic. I had pasta that was good but not great. We loved the grilled bread with garlic. There was lots of ambiance but the service could of been a little more attentive but that is Croatia for you.

Very nice restaurant recommended by our hotel down a side street not too far from the waterfront. Plenty of outdoor seating & a varied seafood menu. As with all such places a little care need to ensure that prices stay reasonable when ordering fish by weight Staff friendly & helpful, gets busy so a reservation probably wise
