I Love This Place

I've been in Trogir for a week and have been here three times. I went to lunch yesterday as I was again craving the best grilled calameres I've ever had. (They will startle fellow Americans who are accustomed to fried hoops, like onion rings.) The wood-fire grill imparts a great flavor to the fish... read more

Recommended to us by our apartment owner and so good we ate there twice in 2 days in Trogir. A fabulous quiet courtyard setting with wood fired grill serving the most excellent fish and seafood and wine. Really good prices and service too - hugely recommended.

This place was recommended by the clerk in our hotel. We had a very nice, relatively inexpensive dinner with a carafe of local wine. For dessert we went next door for excellent gelato.(we liked it better than the gelato in Naples.)

We always seem to visit Kamerlengo when we are in Trogir as it's always good, I can especiallly recommend the fish. The waiters are just the right side of friendly and the location is excellent.

This is one of two places we ate. The wait staff is most excellent and helpful and the cook ranks with the top ten chefs in the world.

We hadn't made a reservation and arrived at 7p.m. and had no difficullty getting a nice outdoor table in the courtyard. Servers were plentiful and firendly. We weren't in the mood for seafood and so ordered the grilled chicken and a meat platter plus a pepper salad. The salad consisted of raw red and pale green sliced peppers with a... More

We visited this restaurant twice during our stay. The first time we were both going to have fish but seeing what an other customer had we decided to have the Meat platter for two, what a choice the meal was wonderful too much for us both and great value. The second time sadly was a letdown, we both went for... More
