Here for wine

The strange thing is (and it may not be unique to Capo in Trogir) that they have several parts of the restaurant; one on the water, one in the city below an apartment and another around the corner from that with an open air courtyard. We went to the open air one for some wine and got pretty piss... read more

The location inside the town and the décor set a lovely ambience. the service was excellent and the food was delicious. It didn't feel as touristy and overpriced as the waterfront restaurants. My husband had the fish plate and I had the pasticada (SO GOOD!). Overall was our best meal out from 4 days in Trogir.

Stopped off at Capo for lunch and it turned out to be a great decision. Great service and fantastic pizza. I had the Capo pizza which would have to be one of the best pizzas I have every had. Everybody else also loved their meals. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it is also in a great spot right on... More

Capo is a gem. As another reviewer pointed out, it has a number of seating areas - all small to enable the feeling of being in a cozy and authentically quaint environment. We found that a plus. You can eat on the outdoor terrace overlooking the water with wonderful people watching and views, or in one of the various indoor... More

We visited on 2 occasions, once for lunch and once for dinner. The lunch was good with very attentive, fun-loving waiters and waitresses. Looking for a place with ambiance we decided to return one evening. Oh dear, what a bad decision. Poor service - care less attitude and food absolutely sub standard. We complained although we are not inclined to... More

I chose this place because my Lonely Planet recommended, I didn't really like the look of it but as all the restaurants in Trogir look the same with the exception of Calebotta, see my review for there but we were desperate to eat by then. We sat on the sea front because the alleyway was full and the other areas... More

We ate here on the first night of a 2 night stay in Trogir. We were attracted by the setting - attractive outdoor seating in one of the beautiful narrow alleyways in Trogir old town. The furniture is very unusual - beautiful carved wood, and surprisingly comfortable! As with most restaurants in Trogir the menu was extensive. The food to... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant, its one of many in Trogir with an amazing courtyard setting. We ordered the fried fish for two and it was excellent and good value, much cheaper than other fish for two prices across other destinations in Croatia that we visited. Also we had a carafe of house rose for around £8. The service was... More

The food is ok, fish was good, meet - well, ok is the best definition. I've heard they make good pizza, but we did not try. VERY good coffee, we've got back next day only for coffee... and we did not pay for it: "It's for free, you were here yesterday, that's a gift!" Wow. We were soooo touched. The... More

We ate here twice during our 5 day stay in Trogir. The steak was excellent as were the pizza and calzone. The weather was terrible and the waiting staff coped admirably with moving guests when the heavens opened half way through the evening. Had a couple of very pleasant evenings here.
