Sidro and Kantinon are two best restaurants on the Rovinjs Riva, and they are 20metars far away from each other. Very nice location with really tasty food. Many local people come to eat in this restaurant because its not tourist trap,it is really good quality restaurant.(many restaurants on RIVA are big trash)

Might be because I was on my own, but the waiter acted like he wanted me to leave as soon as possible and the food (grilled steak) was ok but lacked vegetables. Being it one of the more expensive dishes on the card, I would have at least expected a leaf of lettuce.

Sit and enjoy the world go by here by the harbour. Glorious meal, wine and sunset. Shared the monkfish for two, served at the table. Beautiful. Lovely staff.

We can thoroughly recommend Sidro. Have already eaten here twice and will definately be back. We have had fish both times. Oven Baked Sea Bass with vegetables and then Salt Baked Sea Bass. Absolutely perfectly cooked and served with theatre and skill at the table. Meanwhile you watch the sunset and the world going by. The service is good, they... More

Its a perfect setting , the waiters are helpful and friendly , its busy in summer . We were a table of five dining on mostly seafood . We selected a variety of dishes ranging from Mussels to prawns to baccala . It lacked good presentation, the portions were adequate for me , but for some might be judged small.... More

This restaurant has a great location with a view to Old Town. The fist was good, but the highlight was the pork-and-onion stew called muckalica. It is family run with a very considerate staff. Quite reasonable.

I´ve stayed in Rovinj for a week in the beginning of July this year and stumbled over Sidro´s on my first afternoon- and I came back every evening! The food is really tasty (too be honest, I didn´t know a thing about croatian food- it was my first visit to Croatia). I never knew what to choose and so I... More

This is an old Rovinj restaurant. The position is one of the best in town, and the place is renowned to be the best place where to eat Serbian style dishes. The view on the city harbor is fantastic and the staff is very very kind.
