Konoba Adio Mare is a family run restaurant in the heart of the old town. There is a beautiful terrace in the back, from where you can occasionally even hear the real church choir singing in the main square. The menu is eclectic, but one can definitely find something interesting. This is one of the best places to taste some... More

good restaurant and reputedly one of the best in Korcula for fish. they have an inpressive menus and the fish was very good (we had a giant Sea Bass big enough for 2 to share) You can also sit outside on the terrace on the roof and it is lovely. However most of the waiters are irritating in their cockiness.... More

We didn't get time to visit Adio Mare when we visited Korcula in August, so when we went back in October Adio Mare was the first restaurant we visited. Although it was 'out of season' there were still plenty of people eating in there. Although it was late the staff were more than happy to serve us. I had squid... More

We visited this restaurant having read a review of it in TimeOut's guidebook (incidentally, highly recommended in itself), and weren't disappointed. I had the Scampi Buzzaro, a traditional way of serving the shellfish in a tomato based stew with looooads of bread. Service was quick and friendly and the waiter happily explained any unusual dishes to us. We sat up... More

Nice ambiance and great food in enormous quantities. The local prosciutto could be sliced a bit thinner, but Marco Polo risotto was sublime and the grilled fish was huge and just as great as I expected. If you want room for dessert, I suggest you skip the appetizers. Prices were reasonable for such a prime location and the waiters actually... More

Had a very nice meal at this restaurant in the old town of Korcula. We each had a main dish, the traditional beef with date sauce was amazing, and the seafood risotto was absolutely delicious. The house wine (both red and white) was fine. We were asked if we wanted starters (which were then 12 Kuna each) and the bread... More

The family that owns the restaurant are now into their third generation and the present manager is quite efficient. The seating inside is such that if there are just two of you, you'll probably have to share a table with other people (you could refuse but they're probably just as hungry as you). The octopus salad was drowned in white... More

This is one of the most puzzling restaurants I have ever visited since it combines some very good things with other no so nice. As for the good things: location. Its terrace is a cozy place for dinning and you may luckily get to hear the choir performing downstairs next to the Cathedral. Next, the service of Matteo, one of... More

We had lunch in a busy day. We were the first ones to arrive, so we didn´t have problems with it. We returned another day and it was almost empty, so it seems that the amount of people varies a lot. We returned because we really liked our food. We loved a dish with meat and rice that is a... More

The food was good but also the most expensive during my week stay in Korčula. You should make a reservation if you want to eat there.
