Seemed pretty authentic. You need to admire the Yak, it's almost in every dish including the Yak's milk. very friendly host, Zhou Ma who also runs a Tibetan home that you can stay at. I read about Abuluzi in Lonely Planet and other online sites (can't remember which ones), and was looking forward to trying my first Tibetan meal (there being scant other recommendations on where to eat in Jiuzhai). This restaurant which sits by the river to the east of the national park entrance is owned by Zhuo Ma and Ke Zhu who run "Zhuo Ma's Jiuzhaigou Experience" Homestay.
