Excellent restaurant! It's tiny, so be sure to make reservations. The owners were very flexible and were able to seat us earlier than expected. The rolls were out of this world;I only wish they would share the recipe. The menu had great options for beef, seafood, pork. This is very much a gem. The service was only topped by the... More

I have to say I was surprised! The service was very attentive. The food was really exceptional. The Grouper and Crab cake Entree I ordered was outstanding! I enjoyed rolls, bruschetta, a house salad, and steamed clams as an appetizer. I also ordered a cosmopolitan while we waited on our table. Very nice! I want to say, I am not... More

What a great restaurant. The owner and his staff go out of their way to accommodate the wishes of their guests. The food is top notch equally if not better than NYC. Never heard a negative thing about this great place. Will continue to go there as much as we can.

This out of the way, tiny little place, is worth driving miles to get to. One might never expect to find such a classy place in an office-like building next to a dentist and mortgage company. Reservations are required because it has limited seating, and the chef plans the daily menu changes based on expectations. There are daily specials, but... More

This little gem of a restaurant is in a rather plain strip mall. However, don't be fooled by exterior looks as inside it is truly a welcoming and romantic atmosphere. The appetizers were incredible. We shared several. The main courses were all fantastic.I had the pork tenderloin tips and they were absolutely delicious. The caprice salad was extremely fresh and... More

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and found Amore on trip advisor. The food was excellent, wonderful atmosphere, and really great service. I would recommend reservations. Will definitely visit again.

By far the best meal I have had in Birmingham including the high end restaurants Birmingham is known for. I cannot believe this incredible restaurant is just a few miles down 280 from where we live. We had the meatball appetizer- this is a MUST!!! My grandmother is Italian, and I'm sorry grandma but these meatballs might be better than... More

My husband and I had dinner there on a Saturday evening. We did have a wait, but it was well worth it! The food was so very good, and the service as attentive. I loved the dim lighting and more intimate setting- very romantic! We will absolutely be back!

A quaint, intimate spot with the most delicious food. I am a die hard pasta lover, and this place hits the mark every time. Dedicated staff who see to our every need - no matter how busy. We celebrated our anniversary here in September. Our server surprised us with a Creme Brûlée - how many places go that mile. Plan... More

My wife and I love eating at Amore! We have never had a bad experience here and the food is always delicious. We recently brought our son with us and he too is now a Amore fan! You can't go wrong.
