Great Fish Tacos

I love the food. I hate the parking. Plenty of seats, but always crowded. Blend of Mexican and American. Overall, the food is great!

I've been here once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the food was very good. Get the tachos (tater tot nachos, amazing)! Portions are good sized and prices are reasonable. It does get pretty crowded and can be hard to find a seat.

Start off with the pineapple salsa with chips, the quest with the chorizo in it as well. We had a pitcher of the house margarita, can't complain. I had the summer burrito added steak. It was the softest steak I think I've ever had in a burrito. Wifey had chicken tacos and loves em. This place is crowded for a... More

This is a hip little Latin/American restaurant with inside/outside dining. You order at the counter and the wait staff delivers the food. My husband and I come here often after visiting Pepper Place Saturday's Farmers Market and walking the 3 parks located in the Highlands. We love this place for the atmosphere more than the food but the food is... More

Crowded at door and while waiting in line to order you have to leave room for people to get drink refills which is close to counter area where order is placed. Also waitress picking up orders in this small area. Placed order and received a number to take to a table we found on the patio Blackened fish tacos were... More

This restaurant is often featured in " Top Ten" type lists for Birmingham and we decided to give it a try when we found ourselves near Highland for lunch . The menu looks great and they have plenty of Latin American options and American options . The place itself is small and funky . Outdoor patio seating and inside with... More

Did not like the food and did not like the ordering method. This place has no servers and you have to go to the counter and order your food. This is like a local Chipotle (which I also do not like it) but obviously better. The food is not bad but it is not something you would want to go... More

My husband and I shared the shrimp fajitas. They were delicious and lots of food. The fajitas come with a large side salad and all the trimmings with the fajitas. We had so much food, we had to take some home. Good food, lots of it, and great prices! Doesn't get much better.

We had a group event in their private room, and I think the night went very well. The bartender was really nice and did a good job. The food was good (we ate buffet-style, not off the menu). The atmosphere, as always, was great. I've been here before, but this was the first time in the private room. The owner... More

Our group of three went for dinner on. Sunday night. Orders are placed while standing at the cashier, and except for mixed drinks, they are brought to your table. (I had to stand in line once to order and then again to pick up a margarita.) We did not have trouble finding a table, although there were very few available.... More
