I have never had anything bad here. Parking is limited, but it's worth finding a spot!!!! Love the sushi. Love the soups. Love the bowls.

This review is actually for Surin in Crestline, (which doesn't seem to be listed on TripAdvisor,( although I have eaten at all the B'ham Surins many times over the years. Easily, they are the restaurants I frequent the most in my hometown. Usually, I get tofu pad Thai (Thai noodle bowl,) sweet & sour tofu, or the salad with hard-boiled... More

The restaurant was very clean and had nice staff. We realized that our waiter had not been working there very long. He was very nice and I hope he gets better. We ordered sushi as an appetizer and chicken and shrimp pad Thai. We received our meal way before our appetizer. I asked the waiter to please check on the... More

Svc. = A1!!! I wish the Mgr. @ Genghis Grill in the Summit, world come to this restaurant and take notes. I truly felt like an appreciated customer, and though my order wasn't correct the manager's personal attention and service-focused attitude made all the difference!!

I love going to all the locations of Surin in Birmingham. The food is so delicious!! Try Surin Baskets as an appetizer. They have excellent Sushi and their coconut soup is a must!! The 280 location is often chilly inside!! Take your sweater.

My church group and I ate at this property for lunch yesterday. I had the P/P pork lunch special ($8.00), with a glass of the house chardonnay ($6.00). I have eaten there before, and I will probably each there again. It has been a Southside staple for many years. This property also does a brisk take-out business. The wait staff... More

We were celebrating graduations and the party ordered a variety of food entrees. There were mixed reviews from our party. Some loved the fried sushi roll and others felt that it was too greasy. I was very happy with the Thai noodle.

I've never had a bad meal here. My favorite dish is the Larb (ground chicken that you wrap in cabbage), The martinis and desserts are also fantastic.

I love eating at Surin at lunch because that is the only time they offer the Chicken noodle bowl. Which is a shame! I really wish they would offer this dish on the evening menu! The lunch menu starts off with the coconut soup... delicious! You can ask for the French onion soup (not listed on the menu, but offered... More
