The. Best. Food. in. San. Pedro. This little family run restaurant is off the main drag and hard to find which is a good thing. Every day is another wonderful surprise of local atacameño flavors combined with great flair with ingredients that are typically used in dishes prepared in southern Chile by the Mapuche people. This FUSION of flavours is... More

We went because of TripAdvisor and out guide suggested it. They close on Tuesdays I believe buy we came back next day. It was delicious. The owner explained about the food and showed us some seed used in our plates. The taste was delicious. Great place far away from the crowds

This was our second trip to San Pedro & we didn't think it was possible to like a restaurant more than the restaurants from our previous trip, until we stopped here! 8 mil (16 USD) is the set price for the 3 course menu of the day. You get 2 choices for each course. My husband & I got one... More

I have found this Restaurant on recommendation of tripadvisor. I have visited San Pedro de Atacama several times, and one of the things that I enjoy on these trips is the local gastronomy. This Restaurant combines purely indigenous ingredients creating fusion/international recipes. Mixed Green Salad with mango and mote. Or a salmon with potatoes with Cinchona or sautéed kelps are... It's not 100% atacama-cuisine or even chilean, but have the sense of exploring the culture and tastes of the region. The other fancier restaurants in Caracoles Street (wich are not so bad) are tourist oriented and serve, in majority, obvious food.

I rarely review restaurants as food is such a personal taste, but we sought this place out after reading the reviews on here and just didn't understand the hype. Most places on the main street here do really tasty (far better than I expected) set menus in the evening, and the set menu here was slightly more expensive and of... More

This is a gem of a restaurant off the beaten track and even better than expected! The food was outstanding - local ingredients (eg. the herb rica-rica, the spice merken, the grains mote and quinoa, local red berries..) cooked in a modern "fusion" style. They offer a "menu" deal with two choices per course (quality over quantity) but there are... More

Is it fancy? No. Does the food taste good? Yes. Why should one go there? It's good honest food at good honest prices unlike many of the overpriced tourist traps in Caracoles Street. Service is also very prompt by Chilean standards. It's tiny and popular. Book and go.

We managed to get a table at a busy weekend...Thanks to our amazing guide. The food took typical local ingredients and created plates of amazingness. Reasonably priced food and wine list the restaurant is basic in decor, tho typical and small. The 3 course menu has two options per course. with little translation we chose mushrooms, winacca and pannecotta/cheesecake. Delicious.... More
