La Estaka was our favorite restaurant while visiting San Pedro!! We visited twice (once for lunch & once for dinner). We were very pleased with everything we ordered. There was live music during our dinner. Such a cool atmosphere with amazing food. (Try the chicken curry served in a coconut!)

Great food and place to have dinner or lunch. We had lunch and the place was a little cold, but Im sure at the night they put heaters!

This is a child friendly place. We got a very warm welcome. The service was fast. The portions large, and the taste excellent. Even had live music that suited the charm of the place perfectly. Recommended!

We had a very good experience here. The food and drinks were great and so was the service (although a bit slow) Since its from the same owner as adobe and blanco, drinks and bread are the same (which is good, cause they are excellent anyway!) Also a must

After a long day of visiting these amazing, places in and around SanPedro, we decided to go eat here. It was a great meal to recover all those calorues burned from trekking, walking and takimg thousands of pictures. Restaurant food is good, meat was delicious as well as the Ceviche. Ambience was nice, not noisy at all. in terms of price... More

This place has Great Vegetarian Food and really Awesome Service. It has kind of cute decoration as well, with the dragon 's head at 1 corner of the long hall and the tail coming out of the other corner. Green bottles in the wall. with the head on 1 side of the restaurant and the big fat bottom on the... More

This is a good restaurant with a energetic atmosphere. A group of us ate here and food came quickly from the kitchen. I had the Pollo a la Plancha (grilled chicken) and it was served with roasted potato and corn in a sauce. It was beautifully presented. Friends had the curry which looked magnificent. It was in a coconut shell... More

Like most of the restaurants in San Pedro, La Estaka is on the main street so there is plenty of competition. On first entry, the restaurant is not very impressive, but just walk through a few steps to the much larger inner part of the restaurant and it is very different. Try to get a table close to the quite... More

the amount of meat on a single plate is intimidating, but mine was cooked perfectly, with an interesting corn-based pilaf. The service was excellent, and the interior of the restaurant is fascinating, with a gorgeous sea monster (or dragon?) sculpture coming in and out of the wall around the adobe oven. Recommended.
