La Villa is a upper scale restaurant/hotel in Battamgang. We experienced a great service and delicious food. The owner/manager of the location is European (French I guess) and clearly knows what tourists are looking for. The meal consisted of three courses with French and Khmer specialties and each single one was delicious in its taste. The hotel looks really enchanting... More

La Villa is fabulous! It's one of the nicer restaurants in Battambang - the special occasion kind of restaurant. I enjoy the Chicken salad there and I'm not afraid that a bunch of bugs are going to be crawling around in there. The atmosphere is fabulously chilled! Great place to go to have a nice classy night out!

This place is amazing. The decor is one of the finest in Battambang. Food is a bit more expensive then other places but well worth it.

Had beef bourgeon which melted in your mouth. The outdoor seating was perfect, soft lighting and lovely dinner music. Recommended by our hotel for good French food and it truly was. Service was good. It was in a boutique hotel so unless someone tells you about it you would not know it was there.

The young Khmer crew does an excellent job in re-creating French style cooking, and almost gets it right. The NZ filet, French fires, Pommes Gratin, are all very good, the Onion Soup has a little bit to much onion and too little taste, and also needs to be gratinated more, the mixed salads are great, the Cesar Salad is not... After reading about this b&b before arriving I was determined to eat here, and I was really enchanted by the place when I walked in. Lovingly restored this French style villa was impressive and a delightful change from some of the ramshackle places around Battambang. The food was good, a solid delightful meal with a stunning backdrop to dine. Prices... More

Ate here two nights of my four night stay. Nice outdoor sitting area and a big indoor seating area. Old French colonial mansion with guest rooms and beautiful swimming pool in the back next to the outside sitting area. Had the fresh fish with lemon sauce, excellent. Cesar salad of their own creation but very good. Nice wine selection. Very... More

What a lovely little hotel, dwarfed by the buildings around it. We found the bedroom and bathroom extra special, we loved the high ceilings and found it to be a beautiful colonial French residence. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, nice restaurant. Defiantly recommend this one.

I dined in the restaurant from time to time under my stay at the hotel. It was a pleasant surprice to have their croque monseiur. It was even better than my own ( and I have done that since I worked at a cafe in Copenhagen in the '80 ties) For breakfast you have bagette of cource. But also great... More
