Enjoying our Thai food, Green Chili was well worth the little effort of finding it! Excellent Tom Yam, yummy fried spring onions and more, good friendly very welcoming service. Very limited wine choice - stick to the good Myanmar Beer. Bring a torch for the dinner walk! The Chef could have been Thai! With reasonable prices, a safe cool choice.... More

A lovely house with very romantic yellow light. We love Shan fish there, fresh and very tasty. Friendly, attentive and well speaking Engish staff.

We decided to eat here on our last night after deciding we couldn't go to the same restaurant for all three nights of our stay. The restaurant is in a lovely old house, surrounded by shrubbery and with lovely tables and chairs and other decor. The service is really good, with waiters who speak good English. The menu appears quite... More

We ate here twice. Recommend the roasted eggplant salad and the Thai noodle. Everything was fresh. Pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff.

Excellent restaurant. Food delicious. We tried different dishes at several occasions and were never dissapointed. Indoor and outdoor seating, mosquito coils provided. Very friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Really recommended!!

Very nice décoration, beautiful terrace with a nice and Green garden! Many commentators here write that food is not spicy, I testes it and ordered for vegetables spring rolls: it was delicious. After we ate Papaya salad it was so hot and spicy and so delicious ( drink a Lassi to calm the fire in your mouth). After we ate... More

Lovely place, great service, but the food is uneven and the price high for the area. We tried 4 dishes at this Thai/Myanmar eatery that leans heavily towards the Thai on the menu. (honestly had I known before we sat down that it was mostly Thai I probably would have moved on). The Pork with garlic, as well as our... More

Ate here twice and weren't disappointed either time. Decent menu, well cooked food, friendly professional staff, and nice ambience. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

We stumbled on this place at a recommendation from our hotel owner. I'm sure glad we did. My pork and mango curry I got here was probably my favourite dish I sampled during our 2 weeks in Burma. The prices are around your 5-7 USD mark so are slightly higher than other places in Nyaung Shwe, but this is more... More

This is quite an upmarket place for such a simple village. The house it is located in is wonderful and the decoration simple but chic. It is a bit on the quiet side as not in the centre of town and the people there tend to be part of a tour or couples. The service was good and discreet and... More
