Very nice restaurant and very good food. As the set menu and the a la carte option was equally priced we opted to go a la carte and the food was excellent with some nice combos and Brazilian touches. For a fine dinning restaurant the service is refreshingly direct and did their out most to compensate for our lack of Portuguese... I ordered the tasting menu with pairing wines and was truly impressed with both wines and food. I have been to D.O.M. a couple of times but Mani is still my favorite. Each one of the 10 dishes was executed to perfection; the two desserts didn’t impressed me much though. Helena Rizzo and her team use Brazilian ingredients very creatively... More

Difficult to get a table - so best is just to show at 8pm (opening) and expect some cancelations. Waiting for your table is actually enjoyable, as you can start with some amazing appetizers (favorites were the crisps with very thin sliced steaks). All dishes are just wonderful and original. Layout and architecture are simple, but you go to Mani... More

Besides having good recommendation from friends and from good reviewers of TripAdvisor, this restaurant surprises us, first when the food arrives as it is neatly decorated and secondly because the food is delicious. We asked for the daily plate of fish, it came over small baked banana chips and a foamy sauce of tucupi (whatever that is), very good. Wine list... More

Booked this place when my parents were visiting Brazil from the UK as I'd heard that they use a lot of Brazilian ingredients in an innovative way and we weren't disappointed! Make sure you try their take on a waldorf salad, and that you leave room for dessert, the black sesame seed ice cream was unlike anything I've ever eaten!... More

This was a surprise for me, I have choosen this place, because it was very well ranked in the list 50 Best restaurants in South América from Pellegrino. I found a very nice and rustic restaurant in the hert of the city, with a very talented chef. The service is not up to par, I was expecting impecable service, unfotunatelly... More

Mani is very well known. As usual I took the feijoada as a starter!!! this is an amazing re-visited way to prepare this traditional Brazilian dish. Excellent. Then I went for the lightly cooked tuna which was excellent. A real good place to go

This is an international famed restaurant and expectations can get a little bit high. So the prices. We had to wait about an hour to get a table for two, but at least we had few appetizers in the waiting area. Food is good, nice fusion of local ingredients with catalan/french modern haut cuisine. Recently it has reached the 5th... More

The best is to make a reservation in advance,or just relax and have a Clericot drink while waiting to be seated.,which usually takes at least 1 hour. But it worths what you pay.food is delicious, cooked with creativity and not usual condiments.Lamb was excelente but the fish too. Unusual deserts to be tested.
