Good brazilian food

The restaurant wasn't crowded when we came, so we could enjoy a table outside. The waitress was friendly and gave us guidance on which dishes to take. As a starter, we had the selection of appetizers, which i recommend if you want to try everything, and then for main I had the dried beef (a... read more

Went for dinner with 2 other people. We had the acarajes to start. The ingredients were good, but we had to put it together -- what is the point? I go to a restaurant so that I don't need to make my own food, trusting that they will know how to best mix the ingredients. For main I had the... More

This restaurant is a must for anyone who wants to try the authentic flavors of different Brazilian regions. The decor is adorable as it portraits a very rustic part of the northeast of the country. We had the prawn with coconut rice which was delicious. They offer also a very good selection of starters and bits & bites. For desert... More

Brasil a Gosto is housed in a fine and well decorated building. They have given it a nice touch of old Brasil although projecting a video loop on the wall may not be the best idea for a place meant to socialize. The service is somewhat above average, an achievement for São Paulo. The food is home-cooked style but it... More

In a really cozy small street, an oasis in the gray city, a beautiful building guards a wonderful Brazilian food restaurant. We went for lunch on a week day, had the couvert, although it was delicious, it was a big mistake, once the wonderful plates are really well served. We had the executive lunch: green salad or "coalho" cheese (maturated... More

This is a great place that the hotel concierge recommended and I'm sure I would never have found on my own. You could probably leave after the snacks and breads you're given. Delicious, tasty food that represents all the different cuisines off the area. I had a selection of appetisers and a steak thing.

Went for lunch. Had made reservations but we wouldnt have had much issue ad a walkin. Folks were very friendly. English speaking waiters were available and the menu was easy to read. Couvert was fine but overpriced. I think it was about R16 pp. ordered fresh pasion fruit juice which was quite tart. Had a brazilian stew. Flavors were nice.... More
