We travel so much so it's so great to have a great restaurant in our hotel. This does not happen too often. We ate at the Fasano one evening and the food was great! My favorite was the squid pasta with octopus ragu! It was amazing! My ossobuco was quite good also. The restaurant ambiance reminded me of New York... More

Rogerio Fasano loves great food and great wine. When you go to his restaurant, you feel that love in the detail, the service and the quality of the food they serve.

The food and service at Fasano were truly excellent, unlike anything I experienced in Sao Paulo. However, when it was time to pay the bill, you felt taken advantage of. I've lived in many expensive cities (NY, Hong Kong), and I must say this is one of the most expensive dining experiences I've ever had. Worth going there one time... More

Classy place offering good food & wine. Flexible kitchen (half portions). The more glamorous you are dressed - it seemed to me - the better service/attention you get. My second visit but probably my last; for what tou pay (and that's a hefty sum), you get more/better elsewhere & in walking distance.

The restaurant has been rewarded with the best restaurant award for more than a decade in a row and it is understandable once you visit the place. Classy ambience, awesome wine selection and wonderful food topped with world class service. Has to be one of the best restaurants I've ever been to..anywhere!

Had a dinner with 6 people here and it was incredible. Had the filet with foie gras, a great glass of chilean wine to go with by recommendation of the sommelier (which I realize sounds super pretentious and d-baggy, but if you order wine with your dinner they send the guy over to help you pick, just the way it... We were there on a Saturday night. The food is excellent and the service is very good. I must say though that it is quite pricey, and compared to other high end restaurants in Sao Paulo, Fasano is about 20% more expensive. But hey, you are paying also for the name. They have a very good wine list, that can... More

The atmosphere, food and chart of wines still remain one of the best in town however service is not as good as it used to be about a year ago. Given the kind of experience Fasano proposes to offer this should be taken as a serious heads up.

This restaurant is located in the Fasano hotel and is architecturally wonderful. The bar is done very tastefully even though the chairs could use a revamp. As you walk into the dining area the fun starts. The look, the feel, the food, the service all spectacular. The sommelier was perfect in every way. He recommended great wines and made us... More
